This place deserves more than 5 stars amazing work and price wise very reasonable from the first time I went for and estimate he was very professional and also gave me a great price the work they did on my 2015 Cadillac srx amazing i couldn't stop smiling from the happiness when i saw my cadi. They did work on my front bumper,my passenger front panel and my driver 2 doors and also driver quarter panel looks AMAZING, If you looking for great place to do body work on your car JROD is that place i highly recommend this place you also will be happy with that work they do..JROD thank you so much.

Second time coming here charged 30% more than last time. Asked if he was capable of getting it ready early for said yes. Walked in saw no signs of no refund deposit. Since I am diagnosed with really bad vision. They did not once mention no refund when I paid. Two weeks no progress on my two pieces hasn't been touched disappointed with service will not be returning. STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED IT PAINTED A SAP! CHEAPER ELSE WHERE 600$ FOR TWO PARTS NO BIGGER THAN A MIDSIZE CAR BUMPER. Will not refund even if you gotta wait a year for the piece. My review is also protected from consumer review fair act. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP WILL ASK FOR DEPOSIT MAKE AN EXCUSE KEEP IT CANCELS FOR ANYONE STUPID REASON LIKES TO YELL WHEN YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I had a very bad experience. At the beginning owner was so nice,then turned so rude and unprofessional.i paid full amount to fix my car- he said he will get the part in a week or so and within 2 days the part will be ready about 2 months pass, i didn’t heard from them. I had to go the shop ,that’s when he show the real face. So no part for my car no money. I had to do a dispute to get my money back.4 days later they called me that the part arrived so I said I’m going to stop the dispute bc I just wanted my car to be fixed. After my bank deposit the $ back to the shop. They said they didn’t get the $. So i called the bank again and the bank said the $ was deposit. Then he refused to fixed my car and I had to dispute the again. Very frustrating. I won’t recommend this place. And the guy is a joke.

My vehicle was key twice by the driver side doors. Found this add JROD AUTO BODY in Haines City. Owner Joel was very kind and informative. I was told in three days my car would be ready. But it was ready the next day. Awesome Job.
