Our Tax Advisor is outstanding. She gets a 5 out of 5 score. Everything else this year deserves a 0. My appointment with was switched 1 day before the appointment to a different advisor (which I was not told). I rescheduled with our advisor 1 week later and our taxes went well. Now 1 week later I find out that our taxes that were completed on site (and paid for) have not been submitted to the IRS due to what appears to be an H&R Block signature glitch. The office I use isn't even accepting calls so it forwards to the main H&R Block number who cannot assist. They scheduled a phone call for a different tax advisor from my office to call me to try to fix the issue, but he never called. When I called back and was forwarded to the main H&R Block number, I was told that he probably missed it on his calendar because it was so small, so we will retry with another call back appointment later today. Worst tax service I have ever had. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I had an 4pm appt with William on 3/22/24. I arrived early and waited. At 1604 William appeared and ask who is next. The receptionist responded you have an appt and there someone here to sign his papers. William decided to take back the person who needed to sign his paper. It was almost 16:20 pm and I was still waiting. People who have to sign papers just don’t sign papers. I would never do that , it takes time to review. So at 16:20 I walked out and left.. An Appt is an Appt. William that was unacceptable to me . As a nurse if your pill is ordered to given at 4 pm it’s 4pm not any later. Be respectful of customers time…..have people who have to sign paper to make an appt too especially during Tax Season….After all you are not doing my taxes for free. My time is very valuable. ???

I was attended in a timely manner. My agent was 100 focused on my taxes and even helped me out with more knowledge for my future taxes. Very professional and I am glad they are able to accommodate clients fast and within reasonable hours so one can come in after work.

HRB at Winter Haven on cypress and in Haines city on Dixie was good. The were friendly showed that they wanted to help.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. The person doing my taxes filed under someone else's SSN and dob they refuse to help me fix this problem and give me the proper steps to fix this. This is my first time filling taxes with them and they have been unhelpful and down right rude. I can't believe the carelessness of this company they do not care about the people they are working for. I already have had identity theft so I have to have a special pin each year now I am left on my own to try a get ahold of someone to help me I have complained 4 times now and they keep saying that it's been resolved so no one calls me back. I don't recommend ever letting anyone here touch your taxes.

DO NOT GO SEE DIANI RIVERA. She does not know how to fill out emerald advanced or taxes. She filled out all the information incorrect with the documents in front of her and caused our account to get locked out and not be able to apply!. Avoid that woman with all cost and instead of apologizing laughed about it and said "oops not my problem I don't know how to do this"
