Literally called ahead for a pedicure. I get here, not a single customer in the salon and the woman and what seemed to be her husband both who by the way were sitting down eating and reading magazines said they couldn’t do my pedicure. Like whatttt??? The most unprofessional mess I’ve ever seen!!!!

Deserve 0 stars. Walked in didn’t even say hi. Sat down and when I finally got up to talk to someone again no greeting and just said that today they’re closing early. They only had 2 customers and 2 employees. I walked from where I was with enough time I was only going to do nails. It was 3:30pm. He said they’re closing early at 5pm their regular store hours. I’m not even from the area so this was the worst place that I could have even walked to. And yes I walked to be greeted like that. Again they deserve all of their bad reviews bc they’re lacking in customer service.

HORRIBLE experience.
Worst gel mani I have ever gotten.
I guess he was too busy talking on his phone or watching a show on his phone.
Of course I didn’t notice how horrible my nails looked until I got in the car. I would have marched right back in the salon but we had dinner plans .
The next morning I noticed two nails already chipped. I stopped back in and was treated like dirt. The young lady huffed when I told her what happened and showed her my nails. Unfortunately it was extremely busy when I stopped in, oh well. I waited for at least 30 minutes when she came and got me and “directed” me to station 4. No personality, no apologies that I had to take time out of my busy day to stop back in. She filed my nails so hard the skin burned. She would not even look at me. She did a quick job and they still look like crap.
I am not from this area and certainly will not return. They actually should have offered me a complete new gel mani but that didn’t happen.
My pictures only show a few nails from my right hand. Just as bad on the left hand.

Understaffed and rude about it. Showed up over an hour before close and the guy looks at me and just says "Not today". Do not go here. They don't know how to handle lack of staff and greatly fail in customer service. This was my 2nd attempt here and I will never bring my business here or suggest to friends. The clients being seen looked miserable. Not am experience anyone would want to spend their money on.

I visit every couple of months to have my brows waxed. The older lady does a great job bc she takes time to trim the brows after she has waxed them. She is never in a hurry to move you through to get to the next person

Been going to the establishment for a few months and they have been very nice and do a great job. Other then having to wait for appointments. But today had to return b/c 1 nail didn't dry correctly did return and after 25 more mins it was fixed.
