“Love to go shopping at the Haines City store. Very clean and friendly associates. I always find myself shopping for more than I need. Love going on Mondays for the store discounts.”

“The only thing I find upsetting is that the employees will close the store before 10pm. I showed up at 920pm and the doors were already locked and they are standing inside ignoring the door. My mom needed to stop by and get something, we got here at 850, and the employees are standing at the door. If 10pm is not closing time then it should be reflected as such.”

“Usually this Walmart is one of the best in the area. But when I needed a tire no one I mean no one was picking up. And when they finally did. They put me on hold and never came back. I said ##** it and went to the automotive department. They said 3.5 hours but I was out in 1.5 hrs. I would have appreciated better customer service but it worked out in the end.”

“Taking into account that this is a Walmart I am actually quite impressed. The bathrooms have been clean the last few times I couldnt hold it. The sales floor is usually stocked pretty good, and clean. Staff are usually easy to find in any given area. Downside, like most other walmarts, staff doesnt really seem all too interested in helping as much as gossiping with friends.”
