I have had Cricket since March 2023 and in this store they always refused the service to change payment dates. Today I visited the store and I met a young man named Alex, the new manager, very kind and he helped me with the change of billing date. In addition to that, he told me about a $30 discount program on my $55 line and you know what happened ?? I was approved for the $30 discount!! Super grateful!! Thank you for putting people like him in this store, I needed it.
