There was a guy named Jason at the store in Haines city that was supposed to take care of my issue and he was so unprofessional, sitting down while I was there, did not even stand to help with anything and the manager( a lady ) was there as well and sounded very unprofessional when communicating to the costumers that were also there with me. Would not go back to this location.

I was just in the store I purchased an item. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. She had call someone to help her out.I ended up losing my money due to her misinformation. Losing my money didn’t bother me, but her attitude, very unprofessional. She looked at me very disgusted, look at box and ask what’s wrong with it and threw the box away. Who does that?Again she had to call someone to ask information because she was unsure of what she was doing.
