Unfortunately when you go at 10:00 am and they're supposed to be open . You sit there and you wait a few minutes thinking they will open soon and you wait around for another 20 minutes and they're still not open there is definitely a problem.

I've attempted to visit the store on numerous occasions. During business hours the sign is on but the door is locked every time. Is this place even opened?
