Dropped a laptop off in June to get fixed and I just picked it up in September, not because they took long but because I have a busy work schedule and couldn’t pick it up when it was ready. He did not only just recover my business information and documents, he also cleaned up everything on the inside and upgraded my hard drive to a newer and faster technology. I couldn’t have been happier because there are so many designs for my customers that were going to be lost. I will not be going to anybody but them from now on. 10/10 service!

They’re incredible and Sam the owner is so kind and genuine. I remember them from years ago, when I use to bring my college laptop. Glad they’re still around. They’re fair, timely, considerate and do excellent work. Me and my grandma found my grandpas old laptop he passed in 2009 and he unlocked it for us. Now we get all those picture memories back that were lost. He also fixed an old decoration that is over 20 years old that my grandma used for Christmas every year that she passed down to me. It use to play my favorite Christmas song ‘baby it’s cold outside.’ And now miraculously, it does again. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sam and team❣️God bless you❣️You have brought me an my family so much joy and so much love. I will never forget it. And it means more than you could ever know. Thank you.

I had high hopes when I went there. I got a price of $20 for diagnostics test to find the problem with my old Toshiba laptop. I paid $40 for it used. $20 was very fair to look at it. He found the problem but said it would cost $250 to fix it. I found the part to fix it with on Amazon for under $10. I'm an old man but I used to build and repair computers years ago. I should have it up and running tomorrow. I couldn't believe he wanted $250 to fix a $40 laptop.

From the beginning, when I took it to have it checked, I told them that the Wi-fa on my computer did not connect and indicated Hidden Network. I paid $20 for the check and then they told me $81 for the repair, but when I picked it up I asked the young man if it connected to the network and it told me yes but when I tried it at home it kept saying the same hidden network and I can't see my Wi-Fi network and the rest of my devices can connect I took it back for the review After three days without receiving a call, I went up to ask and they told me that it was ready again. I tried it at home and it didn't work. I decided to go talk to the owner. The young man shielded him by saying that he had a lot of work behind him. I do not recommend this place. Bad service from the owner. The young people who are in front are not to blame for having a person who does not know how to repair.
