Shout out to Frank Cruz!!! I can’t say enough about working with Frank on our auto and homeowners policies!! He spent time on getting us the best coverage for the amazing rates. Very knowledgeable about insurance and has many years of experience working in the insurance business!! I spoke with Taylor. This girl went above and beyond for me and even managed to find a better deal with more perks for cheaper than what I was paying with my current insurance. She did not get frustrated from my questions and explored my options with me until I found the right plan. She was definitely patient with me as I was literally done that day mentally from working. Bought the new insurance right then and there. Highly recommend asking for her she is awesome ?

As of right now, I can't even rate this office. I can say that I keep waiting for phones calls back because Taylor is not sure if she is doing something right and the office manager is not it, or the person in charge of payment just left.... I was told via email that my insurance is cancelled because of non payment.i called and tried to make payment due to my first card being compromised. Taylor said " I promise I will call you back in an hour" this was Thursday or Fri and TODAY Monday.....I still haven't got a call. I keep calling them and unfortunately they are "closed" or " on the other line". I have left messages, so I know the office will see this.. when you do, my cell number ends in 6114. Call me for proper payment please. This is upsetting due to being referred and not getting the customer service needed.
