I don't buy from dealerships because I have been burned in the past. But this dealership had what I was looking for (2001 suburban) and I couldn't be happier. A few minor maintenance things had to be replaced but that's how it is when you buy a used car. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Everyone I dealt with was completely professional and knew what they were doing when it came to me buying out of state and helped me with the process and explained everything. Btw to anyone here to write a bad review. It's a used car. Things happen. And if you have owned it for a year and things are just now going wrong, It's not the dealerships fault.

11/4/23 I purchased a vehicle listed for 7k from this lot. It has had to be returned to Eli for repairs 4 separate times within a 30 day period !! The last time he took the car and blocked my number claiming that within 30 days it is MY fault the cars engine blew !! HE SOLD ME A ?LEMON? and HE KNOWS IT .... even going as far as LYING TO THE POLICE and FILING A FALSE POLICE REPORT FOR THEFT JUST TO TRY TO AVOID REFUNDING MY MONEY !! DO NOT BUY ANY JUNK VEHICLES FROM HERE !!

Eli was very professional and helpful. It’s been almost 3 years since I’ve had my car and it is still up and going. For a used car I’ve had to replace basic things but so far so good. Highly recommend!

Elie was very unprofessional, when I would try to ask him questions about a truck he would be very short or very rude to me. When I questioned if they offered by here pay here because his website says they do he told me no and then blocked me. I have just been trying to get information about a vehicle without wasting my time driving two hours for nothing.

For those of you who are contemplating buying a pre-owned car and having it shipped to them, but are nervous about doing that....we just purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen from A4dable Rides LLC, in Haines City, Florida, and had it shipped to Long Island, New York, and we couldn't be happier with both the car and our salesperson, Elie.I must admit to having been somewhat hesitant about buying a car in this manner, but my initial conversation with Elie immediately put me at ease. Elie is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable, and I can't speak highly enough about both Elie and A4dable Rides. They made what could have been a stressful transaction quite pleasant, and I enthusiastically recommend them without any reservation.

This dealership sold me a van at $8000 less than a year ago. I have done all maintenance as required. In the last six months I have put in $2000 in repairs. Today my mechanic informed me that the motor is shot and my vehicle cannot safely run.When I called the owner he said, "I sell used cars. What do you expect from me?"Don't buy from him. Don't buy here. You will end up with a lemon and he'll try to make you feel like the one at fault.

I bought a car (2003 Honda Civic Hybrid, 5 speed) from A4dable Rides on Jan 10, 2023. Just under a month ago. Here is my review:I first contacted them on Jan 9. I called the number, and Elie answered, he was in jury duty BUT STILL ANSWERED. :-) He called me back a little while later when he could talk. He was polite, honest, absolutely wonderful! He told me EVERYTHING about the car, even more than he had too. I explained that I was in Virginia and would be buying the car sight unseen, and would appreciate his honest opinion. AND I ABSOLUTELY GOT AN HONEST DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR. Again, down to details that he didn't have to disclose ( honestly, because those details didn't affect the car's condition at all).I told him that I wanted it and explained that I had to work out getting it transported to me. I asked him if he would hold it for me, and he did so without any hesitation! Because I was paying for it to be transported, he took $500 off his asking price, something he clearly didn't have to do, I had already said I wanted it. He was also extremely flexible on methods of payments. He even offered to wait for a check to arrive in the mail. :-) In the end, I decided that it would be easier for me to pay by credit card, which is what we did.I couldn't get the car picked up until the following Monday or Tuesday, and they had no problem with keeping it there for me. They NEVER tried to sneak in a storage fee, nothing. Also, to protect me, they sent the bill of sale and title via overnight mail to me. I never thought to ask for that, but they did, and it was REALLY cool of them to protect me.I got my car on Wednesday Jan 18. The following Monday we took it to get inspected. The mechanic also did a "once over" just for my peace of mind. The mechanic, who I know and trust very much said, "WOW this is an awesome car, I can't believe you got it for as little as you did, this car is in great condition" We then discussed how this car, (2003 Honda) that I bought from A4dable Rides, sight unseen, based solely on Elie's word would probably last me 10 years!I can only give a 5 star rating. If I could give more, I would. Thank you Elie and A4Dable Rides LLC.
