When I first went there I had all my prescriptions synced to go in once every three months and pick them all up at the same time . Not anymore. Whomever it is that controls the ordering doesn't have a clue. They give me partial refills every time I go in. They might give me 25 out of a 270 pill prescription and then if I go back to get the rest it counts as a new refill for my Medicare. They are a joke. The staff is rude and arrogant and they couldn't give a damn

Tracey at the Gulfport FL store (photo counter) is absolutely AMAZING ❤️ She assisted me from across the US, over the phone, to make sure a family member picked up a special memory we had made for him. She not only helped me over the phone initially, she also called me to make sure I knew everything went smooth and to follow up after the items were picked up. She is so appreciated and deserves a huge KUDOS! Thank you for helping us make sure we have a memorable Christmas! ?

Tony and David extremely unprofessional individuals working at the Gulfport location, people like that should NOT have work at all,I went there for an appt schedule online and they told me I needed to go to the drive-thru, although I explained to them that I live a block away from there, they rolled their eyes and ignore me completely. I spoke to them separately and they had zero initiative to help, I would like an apology and their unprofessional attitude should have consequences, I never had a problem with anyone there in that location, I feel there attitude was toward my race, i request an apology and acknowledgment from the management to speak with those two individuals in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is awful! New staff every time except for one girl who is the problem! After trying for years to ignore the Rude treatment I changed the difference is nice and friendly service should have changed a lot sooner!

I have no idea however I just had a personalized card made at the Walgreens on Pasadena. Afterwards I went to a going away party and took pics and got the idea to print them out a going away card as well. Walgreens on 58th and Gulf could learn a lot from the location at Central and Pasadena: on Pasadena the employee was able to assist whereas on Gulf the employee and I worked it out but I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to print the card out whereas at Pasadena the very helpful non-manager was able to assist, print, check Me out, and get Me out of there. You guys should pay Me for My Time because you are wasting it; I even said I would be better off wasting gas driving to Pasadena than wasting time here.

Very nice & welcoming Manager I met this morning in photo's. She was happy to help me the photo person was late. Im calling their 800# to complain about no air conditioning though that was unpleasant & sad for employees & customers to shop in! C'mon Walgreens its Fla its stupid muggy n HOT!!!

Super efficient pharmacy staff when I went for my fifth COVID shot at 5PM. Easy-going personalities also made for a great review at this Walgreens.I used to live in Gulfport and this was my home pharmacy so I always like going to this one.

I came to get a booster and was told I need to make an appointment. I tried making one and the website isn't working. The pharmacy told me to call a 1-800 number even though I'm sitting here trying to make an appointment.I don't understand why I have to call when I'm here in person. I told them if I have to go somewhere else to get my booster that I'll start getting my scripts there.They're responce was, OK

This place is always clean and the employees are always friendly and informative. They are seldom out of stock. The pharmacist Tony is the best, extremely professional.
