This store is always well kept and the staff and cashiers are friendly.
It's also a nice close location. Their store brand seems to perform as good as national brands.

The staff are nice. Short handed in the pharmacy!
You have to wait several days to get your prescription. I was put on auto refill. I asked to have that removed. They kept telling me they did, but I kept getting emails stating they were attempting to refill my prescriptions.
I changed pharmacies and now, months later I received another email saying they were attempting to refill one of my medications. I can’t get them to leave me alone!

Waited in pharmacy drive thru 15 minutes. Then the girl didn't even acknowledge me. No hi I'll be right back. No hi. No nothing. Waited another 5 minutes and left without mom's meds. The last time they gave her the wrong prescription. Will definitely choose a different pharmacy.

When I first went there I had all my prescriptions synced to go in once every three months and pick them all up at the same time . Not anymore. Whomever it is that controls the ordering doesn't have a clue. They give me partial refills every time I go in. They might give me 25 out of a 270 pill prescription and then if I go back to get the rest it counts as a new refill for my Medicare. They are a joke. The staff is rude and arrogant and they couldn't give a damn

Tracey at the Gulfport FL store (photo counter) is absolutely AMAZING ❤️ She assisted me from across the US, over the phone, to make sure a family member picked up a special memory we had made for him. She not only helped me over the phone initially, she also called me to make sure I knew everything went smooth and to follow up after the items were picked up. She is so appreciated and deserves a huge KUDOS! Thank you for helping us make sure we have a memorable Christmas! ?

Tony and David extremely unprofessional individuals working at the Gulfport location, people like that should NOT have work at all,I went there for an appt schedule online and they told me I needed to go to the drive-thru, although I explained to them that I live a block away from there, they rolled their eyes and ignore me completely. I spoke to them separately and they had zero initiative to help, I would like an apology and their unprofessional attitude should have consequences, I never had a problem with anyone there in that location, I feel there attitude was toward my race, i request an apology and acknowledgment from the management to speak with those two individuals in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is awful! New staff every time except for one girl who is the problem! After trying for years to ignore the Rude treatment I changed the difference is nice and friendly service should have changed a lot sooner!
