Full disclosure I want to give them a 2 star and 5 star. Phone customer service is rough. I called set an time for pick up and they were a no show, even after I received a text saying eta was 30min or less. I called the next day (figured I've give them a second chance. All the 5 stars could be wrong and they charge a fair price) spoke with another gentleman set and service was great! Very friendly in person.

So just to be honest, these guys do not have the best “super friendly phone voice”, but they are super friendly, and they do an excellent job. I needed an 8‘ x 10‘ shed moved and we got it scheduled and micheal and his guys showed up on time and did a pro job. Everything I had questions about; whether we needed to avoid an overhanging wire, if tree limbs were too short etc, they had already assessed all of those issues and had a plan of action to address them. They got the shed moved across down to my new place in a quick efficient manner.

Called this morning to get double flat car towed. He answered right away and driver showed up ten minutes earlier than expected. Ended up that Wal Mart could not fix my car as promised so had to call back and get another tow. Again, driver showed up quickly and got my car to its destination safely. Everyone was very responsive and prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend. They have been added to my address book.

I am a Premier member with AAA for years and needed a tow. However, their service and constant service delays are horrible. I called KJ with Right in Time towing and was put to ease immediately. His response time was fast and the customer service was great. A tow truck was there in less than an hour. I highly recommend especially after being told by AAA of another delay of getting this vehicle towed.
