Our dog has been going the past few years and loves his spa days, now our little grand puppy is going and he didn’t want to leave when picking him up. You can see they love what they do and we love them. Highly recommended

Karen and Caroline are the best! Our Cavalier, Bodhi, LOVES coming here. He squeals with excitement when he realizes what’s happening. When I pick him up, he’s happy and excited. I’ve left several other groomers because Bodhi has given me clear messages to do so.Again, he loves it, they’re great, and always looks good!Thanks!

They are amazing! Karoline loves our 3 (90 lb dogs) like her own. She was able to take care of them without them having any fear. They were relaxed and calm during their whole "spa" experience. She gave them a good scrub, blow dryed them, trimmed their nails and brushed them and they didn't give her one bit of trouble. Truly professionals!

Friendly staff, comfortable with all kinds of dogs. Need to stress what you want done with the dog especially with the hair cuts. I asked for them to give my dog a trim on his body but needed a lot of hair cut around his mouth and chin and face but the message didn't get thru but I will return.

Jan 2023 visited Gulfport again and Bonsai had a Spa day at Reef Dog Grooming. I had arranged this before my arrive and new owners are very nice. They did a great job! Bonsai looks so pretty and smells great! Thank you! Will be back next time In Gulfport, Florida.July 2017I was visiting from Canada and loved that they had this in town. Rented a stroller for the day for Factory Outlet shopping, it was perfect - dog was not tired and got to be with me all day rather than staying at the rental cottage by herself. Everyone was friendly. Also booked an appointment to have my dog washed and nails clipped to return to Canada the next day. They gave her a trim too :). Bonsai was happy and she smelled good - I could not stop hugging her :)! Thanks for being so accommodating!

Rude. it's a very long story but the owner will tell you that she has all these years of experience but you know your own dog best. Tryst your gut, I didn't and had a very bad experience. I informed them that my 5 year old doodle was fidgety and I do have a vet prescribed medication for that. The owner did not want me to give it to her. She called me two hours in the service saying that she can't groom my dog. I said ok I will come and get her. I go way out of my way to support local women owed businesses. I had to leave a $40 deposit just to book with them and when I picked Rosie up, the owner told me that I owEd money. I reminded them of the deposit, they said that I didn't leave one and it was a hassle to convince them while my poor dog was trying to escape what ever went on in the shop. I paid them another $35 so now it's $75 because they have her a bath. Really?? I could argue no more at that point. Then I get harassed on messenger saying that I cannot take my dog to other places? Apparently she called around or something?That owner threatened me!! I am mortified and I just want to warn people.

Stay Away! Our golden retriever sustained a torn ACL under owners care. When questioned, she took no responsibility or accountability and turned her back to me.

New groomer for us since moving here last Spring. Mother/daughter team take great care of our Furbaby and he always comes back looking great. They are super friendly! Prices are very reasonable.
