Do not bring your car here. I've been getting oil changes here for around 3 years and the service in the last year has gone out the window. Made an appointment for oil change two weeks in advance and asked if they would also check to see why hatch would not close properly (during the scheduled oil change visit). Upon arriving at designated appointment, manager comes out to look at hatch to tell me, nope, can't help you with this, but I will see if "I can work you in this afternoon" for an oil change. I have an appointment for that, I said, so why do I need to be "worked in." You can't wait, I don't know when I can get to it, he said...You would have had to tell me you planned to wait for it, he said. Um, what?!? Since when do you have to tell a mechanic in advance that you plan to wait on your car when you have an appointment!? Isn't that exactly why you make an appointment, duh. I asked for my keys back and left annoyed while he yelled at me...."I can't fix all your problems, lady." Horrendous treatment of a (formerly) loyal customer from a most unfriendly and unpleasant man. Not only can you not fix all my problems Reed, you can't fix any car problems either apparently.

Mark and Matt have done a great job for over 6 years on all of our personal and business vehicles. Their communication is great and they give a common sense approach to the high mileage delivery vans. My family is so happy to have found them.

After repairs including alignment the car was not aligned. Took it back to the shop, was coldly ignored.Went to another shop & a young guy aligned it perfectly, no problem with alignment since. Will not use Reed Car Care never again nor recommend their service.
