We don't have that issue here. They have so many great options and our dog, Rouge has a happy tummy because of it! They're also super helpful in helping you make the right choices for your pup! As a fellow business owner, it's also great knowing that we're supporting another small business here in St. Pete!”
“My girls are always excited when we pull in (both locations)...great selection of treats and toys. Staff is always super friendly and knows their products. In fact, my girls are pretty excited to see them as well (and i don't just think it's the treats!).While I would love to see some more dry food options that include grains, I get that space is limited (and demand for high quality foods is likely fierce). I've never doubted the quality of the products I've purchased and I've introduced my dogs to some favorites from St Petersbark for sure.”
“They clipped my pug's nails (if you are a pug owner, you understand how dramatic they can be) and they did a great job! We did a walk in and was out in 10 mins and my little Poe has nice short nails! We will be back again for sure! It was $15 for the service and a better price than petco and it's local! “If you need to have your Four-legged family member groomed, this is the place to go, definitely ask for Casey. My dog Gus, is 17. Casey was most concerned that Gus felt loved and that he had no anxiety. She would give him little breaks when she felt they were necessary. Gus has many warty, looking moles on his legs, as he has aged. Casey was so gentle Grooming Gus. Also, too, Gus has become a little crotchety in his old age, But he had no problem, letting Casey handle and groom him. Gus has arthritis in his joints and in his back, And still, Gus allowed Casey to do her magic. Thank you Casey, I am so thrilled I found a groomer here in Florida, that I am so comfortable, and at ease with, you are truly a blessing.Kimmy Eberline ??”

“Friendly staff, owners are incredibly helpful and will even help carry things to your car if you need assistance. We always come here for our litter and they have a reward program where after so many bags you get one free. They have everything you would expect, pet food, a wide range of toys, including modular cat trees. They also run an adoption service like most places where you can visit with a cat who needs a home and adopt them.They mostly focus on cats and dogs, however I believe they also have food and supplies for other pets such as reptiles, birds, and fish. Overall it's a great place and I highly recommend stopping here before heading to one of the larger chains, especially if you have questions as a new pet owner and could use someone to talk to.”

“First and foremost my fur babies were returned to with wagging tails.I knocked off one star for two reasons:1) I specifically stated no clippers and they were used. I understand that they had some knots/mats but I always instruct that the groomer try to brush them out and if not possible or it causes discomfort to use a scissor to cut thru the knot ( as I do at home) to remove it. I have had terrible experiences with my dogs being hurt with clippers therefore I make a point of expressing that they not be used. In addition I did not want my puppy to be frightened as this was her first grooming appt and the noise the clippers make could be jarring. It’s disconcerting to me that my instructions were disregarded.2) I was given a price over the phone when I made the appt. for both my pups. When I picked my kidz up the fee was about 20% higher. I understand and respect they needed additional work to remove their knots and I had no problem paying for that but I should have been told prior to me picking them up. That’s just part of good business practices.”

“I love there grooming department ! Melody was great grooming my dog Roxy. They are affordable for bathing, and saves me so much time and energy! Yes I use to use the self serve dog wash but this is so much better ! I do an okay job but they do an even better job, and they are more affordable than most places around here for bathing services. Highly recommend to give it a try if you are tired of using the self serve wash !”

“I give this store 5 stars for going above and beyond for customer service. A few weeks ago I bought a hard plastic dog crate from a different Pet Supermarket in Tampa. We are moving to Hawaii and have a cross country drive we are in the middle of now. The evening before we left I noticed a crack on my dogs crate, frantic since I knew the airline is very strict and wouldn’t let her fly in that I called the nearest Pet Supermarket. No medium crate available. The 3 nearest stores did not have a medium. The 4th store I spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she agreed to allow me to exchange the crate since I did have my receipt. We drove 45min each way but so thankful they had one available and allowed me the exchange even though the original purchase was from a different store. Made a stressful situation and stressful move a little bit better!! Thank you so much!”

“I just HAVE to leave a review about “Nature’s Pet Herbals CBD oil”! (at Animal House Naturals). My Irish Wolfhound was 13 years old & everyone was giving up on him because of his age. I tried Natures Pet CBD and on Day 4, he was like a PUPPY again! My husband bought The CBD Store brand for dogs, we tried it & my dog went downhill (could barely walk at the end of the bottle). I went back to Nature’s Pet CBD & AGAIN on Day 4 he was back to being like a puppy AGAIN! Amazing! “Sebastian” lived 2 & 1/2 MORE YEARS (15 yr old Irish Wolfhound!) because of that brand! RIP Sebas!”

“We are snowbirding from Indiana and came across this place to have our dog groomed. We walked in there to see about scheduling an appointment and they got us in immediately. I wish we could have this groomer year round. I would highly recommend going there. The groomer is so nice and she went above and beyond. So happy with the results.”
