Absolutely awful. We have rented from Fun Unlimited for over 10 years. We used to rent out of Gulfport marina, which is specifically why we chose Fun Unlimited. They aren’t renting out of the Gulfport marina anymore, even though that is how it’s advertised. Several calls to the owner and not one was ever returned. We showed up at our boat rental time, at the Blind Pass location. Shocker, our boat wasn’t there either. They sent us to the Mad beach location. At this point we had already lost an hour of our rental time. Extremely disorganized and disappointing. Do not rent a boat from here if you’re wanting a smooth rental. The website is not accurate.

My actual ratings for this place is 1/2 out of five stars is because the guy on the phone answered. And besides that, he has a freaking bad attitude! At first, we did consider to rent a pontoon for a weekend so we did call to ask questions. At first, we are a deaf family and we used the video phone relay (with an interpreter.) When the interpreter did announce that we are deaf and we do sign ASL and the interpreter interprets for us, the guy on the phone went like, "uhhh? So who am i talking to?" And then few seconds later, he hung up on us. And then a second attempt to call (we mentioned the interpreter to not announce when the guy answers the phone.) (we never did catch his name) After he picked up the phone and we did ask questions about renting a pontoon and theres dates that have availability, he said, "i don't have time to answer the questions. You go to the link and check the calendar. Have a good day." He hung up on us. How he did talk on the phone towards us did make me want to show up at this place and confront him because of him not being a professional and throwing a "**** guy attitude" at us. It would have been a different story if he was nice and able to answer the questions.

We've rented a pontoon boat twice from here, and both times were awesome! The staff is super friendly and gives good tips on where to cruise to. We did a half-day the first time and had so much fun we did a full day the next. We will definitely be back!

Great people to deal with, nice boat. Helped us out in a pinch when another rental company cancelled our reservation at the last minute. Defiantly will rent from them again.

We rented a pontoon with a Captain for a birthday party. The pontoon was very clean, the Captain was friendly and very professional. The Captain picked us up and dropped us off at a prearranged location without any issues. He took us to an island where we stopped and had a picnic. The experience was superb! We would like to do this again with the same company!
