EDIT: Nancy was reliable and fast but unfortunately too fast...my title was out of state and she notorized it in the wrong spot completley voiding my title. I now have to reapply and pay a $67 fee. When asking if she could help cover this cost I was told all she could do was help renotorize it which doesn't help me in the present moment. Appreciate the quick communication but doesn't help me and now I feel more lost than when I started.
Don't recommend for anything out of state.

Fancy Nancy saved the day! I Called and left a message at 7:05am, received call back promptly, met her at office at 7:45am to get an urgent document notarized. I was in and out within minutes and still early to my 8:30am meeting. Highly recommend! She gets stuff done to my kind of speed! Thanks again!

I needed fingerprinting for a background check so I could volunteer at a school. Fancy Nancy's shop is conveniently located on 49th St S. She was very professional and I got my clearance very quickly. Her fee was very reasonable.
Fancy Nancy is also very involved in the community.

Needed fingerprints for school volunteering. Only one listed in south Pinellas. She was fantastic. Called me back no long after I left a message. Scheduled for next day. Extra nice when I called to say I was running late. Had tricks to make sure she got a good print right there. Very smooth, friendly and efficient for whole process.
