I went in due to a ruined bumper and a deep dent/ small rip on the front passenger side panel. Mel walked me through a lot of useful tips and also the process for the repair so I could understand the process along with the cost. The best part though is although I bought the wrong bumper; Mel was able to repair the damaged one and make it look like new! The dent and slight tear is completely gone as well and you’d never even know! I wish I had more before as of the bumper but I’m attaching a before and after of what I have. “I have been a customer of theirs about 30 yrs. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Today I went 11/14/23 and Jack, Dion?(I think that's his name) and Mike were great! Jack showed me how dirty my oil was and I told him I was supposed to have it done in June but my son passed and I just haven't been able to do much. He was so sweet and understanding and he said a prayer with me. He suggested to put a cleaner in it as my spark plugs were just changed yesterday and it started doing the same thing. After they finished and I started the car my check engine light went out and it ran great! He also made it more affordable for me.
