Today I picked up alterations. I had three knit floor length dresses shortened 4”. The hems are beautiful and I have dresses I can actually wear to church or to dinner. I am so pleased. They dry cleaned a king size bedspread and I was very pleased with it also. Hule Lima is very helpful there.

I highly recommend X cleaners, they do a excellent job with dry cleaning! I have been to other cleaners that have lost items and don't a good job. I drive all the way from Pensacola, they are very nice, and are good Dry cleaners and always have your items on time.Highly Recommend X Cleaners!

Had a hem fixed on a pair of $300 pants. They stitched through the outside of the pants. When asking the employee about the horrible fix, she stated we outsourced the work. She agreed to send it back to them for repair. Then they did the other pant leg to match the other side. Now I have a ring of stitch’s around each pant leg. Again spoke with the employee and she said they look ok. I was the problem. Asked for a call from the owner, guess what? No call!Services: Laundry wash & fold

Had a pair on pants hem and they stitch through the outside of the pants. When I asked about it, they said they didn't do the work and they out source that type of work. They agreed to send it back and they did the other pant leg. So now both pant legs have a ring around the bottom of the pants. Again asked the owner to call to discuss, no call or email.

Very efficient, love the drive thru area. We had an issue with our shirts, I took back and they got them fixed asap. Highly recommend.

Made last trip to XClean Friday Nov 18 due to rude, rude female employee who chastised me for being on my phone in the drive-thru with no one behind me. She also doesn't know the cardinal rule that "the customer is always right" and irritably wanted to debate the difference in a crease and pleat with me. I left with the garments I was leaving because I won't subject myself to such rudeness! It's too bad, I find your finished garments to be above average. But like I said, not worth it to encounter such a rude, rude employee.

Doesn't deserve a one star. They ripped our comforter and the owner avoided our many attempts of communication with him. Months later we noticed two holes in a Tux jacket, still having the cleaner tags on it. Very costly to send anything there!
