DO NOT USE!!!!! They will either "lose" or steal your package if what is inside is desirable to them. I had to have the police intervene due to theft of my package. I have no idea how they are still open. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

First she tells me she doesn't know what packages I'm talking about then she starts complaining that she doesn't work on weekends after insisting that I check my tracking number she tells me they are no longer here you should go to the other store and deal with them!! ! the most horrible experience of my life The woman who serves there is rude, she has no customer service at all, she yelled at me even though I'm pregnant I think she doesn't have any common sense!!

I've had a box for my personal and business address at this UPS Store location for 18 years and have been very pleased with it in every aspect. Jim is always pleasant, professional and goes the extra mile to be helpful.

Not good Customer Service...Drive a little farther if you want good service with a smile......You got caught lying to me at the counter. I called you out on it because it was aggregous and rude. Calling customers jerks for pointing this out and catching you red handed is no way to run a business! So I took my business elsewhere asI ended mailing the same package for half the price at Mail's A Breeze where I received No Lies, Great Service with a Smile and a Fairly disclosed price which was half yours. They also don't roll their eyes at customers asking simple questions which is always a plus.Buyer beware is the truth these days.

Full refund was promised due because of overnight delivery failure. Refund was promised but never paid. Delivery promise and refund promise not kept. Poor performance rating has been earned.

Have shipped a few hundred packages from this location without any problems. Jim and staff have always been polite and extremely helpful with all my business needs.

I was assured, several times, by the UPS staff, that my package would be delivered the following morning, by 9:00am, after paying $97.21. My package was not delivered at all the next day. When I tracked my package I was told to call by store from which I secured service. The owner, Jim, said he would call me back after reaching out to his "dedicated UPS representative" and researching my non-delivery. He did not call back. When I called again later that day, he had not done anything. He asked for a few minutes to call his "dedicated representative" and he would call back. He called back and said my time sensitive package was still at a loading dock, and had been left by the deliveryman and could not be delivered until the end of the following day due to a UPS operational error. UPS is refunding my $97.21, and I was told by Jim that although he and staff wore the UPS patch on their selves, they were a separate corporation. Jim owns the store, however, the error was not his. This "operational error" has cost me over $700.00.......Use FedX for quality service.
