Great customer service. Also, paint is FANTASTIC. Purchased paint for a furniture painting project. Enamel paint is perfect for this- self leveling and great coverage.

I highly recommend the Gulf Breeze store. The primer and paint they recommended for my kitchen cabinets worked great. Two years later and still looks freshly painted. The manager is very knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining why the materials he suggested would work best for me... and it was less expensive than the big box stores.

The team at Sherwin Williams in Gulf Breeze were awesome at being attentive to my needs in determining a new paint colors in my home. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, patient and clutch when the Color Snap App failed to give me a visual of my paint selections. Thanks again Brandan and I'll be back soon for my next project!

Two of the young staff (male and female) were nice and tried to help me, but were discouraged by an older gentleman, who was their manager. I bought at least 10 5 gallon buckets of paint there previously and he didn't want to re-shake two left over buckets for me when I wanted to do some touch up. He also refused to mix the two buckets (same color) into one. My contractor's name was on the buckets and he changed his attitude, but I left disappointed and bought my paint brushes, plastic and tape from Lowe's.

This store is amazing and it is all due to the manager Brandan! This guy was extremely knowledgeable super friendly and just an amazing person to work with! Was able to get me everything I needed to get my project completed and it was close to closing time and he had a last-minute rush of customers. Brandan was working all by himself and took care of everybody with a smile on his face. He made everyone feel welcome and wasn’t stressed at all even though he was supposed to be closing soon. This guy is a real pro and this type of work ethic and attitude it’s just not seen around very often! I was super impressed with getting to work with him!

So thankful for Erik taking the time to fully explain our options and how to most efficiently and cost effectively tackle our project. Completely different experience to work with a company that specializes in paint compared to the advice you'll receive at big box stores.

I came in asking for a color match and brought in paint I had been using.I wanted to use a relatively odor free paint instead of the sample I brought in. The person who helped me cheerfully went about filling my order.
