“I'm not a give a review kinda guy! But I have to send out a huge thank you to Donnie and his entire staff at PIP Printing! I needed a tiny job printed and mailed to me along with an extra envelope and stamp so I could forward the document on to Ca. after I fill it out. I'm disabled and its extremely difficult for me to go out. I called 4 corporate chain stores and spoke to 11 different people with no luck! Not even close! I called PIP and Donnie the manager answered the phone I explained my situation and even though they don't sell stamps and he would have to go buy a book somewhere he said he would figure out a way to meet my needs! There is 0 customer service in the world we live in today! We're herded like cattle and lucky to get a hello or God forbid a thank you! The courtesy and professionalism at PIP was way above normal customer service! I highly recommend using them for all your printing needs!”

“I accidentally ordered a print job (spiral bound training manual) online, and after I had paid, it stated that it was going to be delivered in one week. I needed it the next day. So I called the store and spoke with Hannah, who went above and beyond to figure out how to get the order to the local store so she could print it for me and I could pick it up the same night. Hannah went above and beyond with her customer service, which I truly appreciated!!!! When I arrived, the document did not have a back to it, and she took five minutes to add that for me with " it won't be a problem at all." Thanks Hannah!”

“I am so very thankful for this store! I walked in yesterday needing two textbooks spiral bound. The place I had used previously for this service does not offer it any longer. I was fully prepared for the print services employee to turn me away, and I’d be resigned to un-spiralbound book sorrow for the next two years ? BUT! That wonderful associate not only told me he could spiral bind my textbooks for me, he did it while I waited in the store!!!! I am ridiculously happy with this service! Thank you, sir, for saving me and my child(ren) from this potential sorrow. I will definitely be back and have recommended them to everyone I know who will need this same service.”
“The NEW owner is Great the Review Below was for the prvious owner. The new people treat everybody with respect and they help me when I have packages and thy have never said a word about my Service Dog except to open the door for me.
I was shipped an Amazom package with a label taped to it no box or packaging. I wanted to return the $18 item, and had a RFID code for a label. The Short little fat lady wanted $18 for a box, and stated "That's the way it had to be!" I called Amazon and an Amazon supervisor told me to put it it a trash bag, tape it up and give it to them with the RFID code. He also issuesd me a $20 Amazon credit and asked me to give them the email. The man with the "Man Bun" was arrogant, and wouldn't take the e-mail. This was suppsedly a "Veteran Owned Store", I'm sure the fat little lady "Knew" a lot of veterans but being "Veteran Owned" is a advertisement gimmick in Pensacola.

“John was the only one working this morning and was everything any business would dream to have in an employee. I believe in pointing out when someone is doing incredible work so I needed to share in hopes the store owner takes notice.
He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable as there was a steady stream of 5-7 people mainly returning items. The way he was managing the line and clearly working hard was above and beyond. I hope this level of hard work can be rewarded in some way. Keep crushing it John!”
