“It has been so long since I had my custom pantry installed by Alpha Closets that there were no records in their computer. At least 12 to 14 years ago. The pantry has been in full use since then and I’ve been very pleased with it. However, last weekend it partially collapsed. I thought I’d drop by the office on Monday and see what the good people at Alpha Closets recommended I do. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I showed them photos and emailed them to the office so that their guys could figure out what the problem was. Within a couple of hours I received an email stating that they’d be out the next morning to tear down the shelves and they should be able to reinstall that afternoon. Tuesday morning they came and did just as promised. They explained that they do not use the system previously installed in my pantry anymore but they would upgrade me to their current, much stronger system. They completed the work, were extremely polite and informative and did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. This was truly over and above any warranty expectations. Alpha Closets not only stands by their work, they are professional and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work and no hassle guarantees.Service: Custom cabinet design & installation”

It was a way better experience than going to mattress firm or shopping on Amazon. Very quick and affordable and clean. I will be shopping here again for all of my mattresses. “David went above and beyond helping me and my family replace our couches and bed after they were destroyed in an overseas move! We had problems with the leasing option through one of the companies and David sat with me for almost an hour trying to figure it out. When it didn’t work he had me come in the next day and David and Jasmine were super quick and helpful in fixing the problem so I was approved for my furniture! I can’t recommend this location enough every employee I came in contact with was professional and genuinely wanted us to come out with a good experience.”

“I purchased a washer and dryer from Badcock and have had the worst experience with the dryer before the factory warranty went out I had to have it fixed now the dryer is not working again and the EXTRA WARRANTY I bought is NOT what it cut out to be, the warranty company has cancelled 2 appointments to fix it I have been truly inconvenienced in my life having to readjust my time to get my dryer fixed and then for them to tell me they can’t come. I have reached out to the store manager Amanda and she shows no real concern for her customers inconvenience and the warranties they sell to you, and you loose money so my suggestion is not to let them SELL you their WARRANTIES they are USELESS. I have been without my dryer since Nov29,2023. The customer service from the MANAGER is HORRIBLE she gets on the phone with ATTITUDE before you even tell her what you want. I will NEVER make another purchase from this location and will advise FAMILY and FRIENDS not to shop here?…….1/18/24 I am revising my experience, I was contacted by Manager Amanda who was very polite and willing to help me and I am Thankful that she MADE IT RIGHT I will be getting a exchange on my dryer, again Thank you for fixing the Problem, I am now a HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“● First impression ●On May 24. 2024, we purchased the Brentwood power reclining sofa and two Brentwood power reclining chairs. Delivery was on May 30! Dee and Brad performed the delivery, assembly and placement in our living room. Both Dee and Brad were very professional and personable. Whether or not they're directly employed by Hank's, their conduct is an eccellent reflection on Hank's. They should be rewarded for their superb conduct and performance of duties.Furniture-wise, upon a cursory first inspection, everything worked as designed. The lumbar support is WONDERFUL and greatly appreciated. There was no damage to the upholstery, although on back side of the left-hand module of the sofa, there appears to be a small area that is missing a velcro strip; easily and inexpensively remedied. This does NOT adversely affect the appearance or functions of the sofa nor does it adversely reflect on either the furniture manufacturer or Hank's.We very strongly recommend this line and recommend a superb representative of Hank's, i.e., Anthony, one of the sales staff. Anthony also displayed outstanding professionalism and customer service skills and his performance, too, should be acknowledged a rewarded.”
