RUN AWAY!! I thought I'd save time by giving this location a try instead of driving to USPS. As I walked in, I asked what would be the cheapest way to ship a phone, they automatically grabbed my phone and packaged it in a large box and started the shipping process, something I didn't ask for, I asked for a quote, I brought my own tape and bubble wrap, they can clearly see that. This place is way overpriced, and I paid nearly $80 to ship a phone vs using USPS small box for $12.99. Also they told me twice it's 2 days shipping and turned out to be 5 days.

Came here today and am so glad I didn't have to mess with USPS. Good location, quick, easy transaction, and lots of options for shipping. They've got plenty of sizes for envelopes and box packages, as well as gift wrapping and festive stationery for the holidays. Thank you!

The line in the UPS store across the street was so long. Couldn't wait 20 minutes. Just happened to notice this shop on my way home and stopped in to mail a Christmas card to Germany. Small shop with 3 ladies running it. One gal greeted me and was super quick and helpful. Not overly friendly. But, got the job done and I was outta there quick. Might have been a little more expensive than the post office. But, it was way more convenient to me.

I wish you could give more than 5 Stars to these Good People. After a Horrible experience at the UPS Store in Gulf Breeze I went to mail my package at Mail's A Breeze. They priced my package at half what UPS was charging and were very courteous and friendly. They even helped me re package my box. They could not have been any busier when I walked in yet they treated everybody so very well and went over and above to help everyone. You don't see companies like this anymore and this company should be commended for such outstanding service and a wonderful customer experience.Great People, Fair Prices, and Outstanding Customer Service. This is the exact recipe for getting customers to return. I will definitely be using them again to ship packages!!!

This place is a godsend. Friendly professional staff. They can handle anything. Having been with them for 7 years now I must say the 'negative' comments come from impatient demanding folks and we have our share here.

This is a great place! I am so glad we have this in our are. We need a place like this. I had to send a box via Fed Ex ground to someone and I needed a place that could print out my Fed Ex l shipping label for me without having to drive all the way into Pensacola and my box was just a little too small and the lady that was working there found a box she had in the back for me and swapped my box with hers and taped it up real good so that it could get shipped right!Her help, care and concern made me feel good that my package would be safe and arrive in good condition.They must be doing a great job bc a lot of people were coming in and out of there that were all very nice. They offer a lot of other services too. I am so glad to know this place exists!Great customer service and very helpful and a well needed business in our area to have!They are located on the side street right next to the Winn Dixie parking lot shopping center in midway Gulf Breeze and the business is right across the street.

This place is the best for mailing or shipping anything. The staff is polite, courteous and helpful, something you don't find at othersplaces. Even during the busy holiday, you will find everything you need. I highly recommend this place over the post office or ups stores.

If you’re dropping off any packages with a pre-printed label, then your package is likely to sit there for days if not weeks. I found this out the hard way and the condescending staff even made it clear that they could care less about a shipment that wasn’t paid for through them.

I left my engagement ring at a condo we rented through VRBO and the management company had Mail's A Breeze ship it back to me via FedEx. Susan was very helpful over the phone with helping me decide how I wanted it shipped and all of the details required. I was promptly given a tracking number and it was even shipped in a jewelry bag! I'm so grateful for their help and professionalism. Thank you again!
