So today I went to get lavender plants because they were 3 for $12.00 well I went and checked out with my other things and didn't realize it till I started walking to my vehicle. I went back to the lady who checked me out and she told me to bring my receipt to customer service and I explain to customer service about it and she went and talk to a manager and told me they weren't on cell which was fine so I returned the lavender plants and as I was leaving, I informed the lady who checked me out that they weren't on sale and she said that I should go and take a picture of the area where the sign was and the plants and show the manager so I did, and the cashier that was working the customer service at 4:30pm said that she thought it was a flower and not a herb or a vegetable so she went and talk to the manager that was working the front what short hair she was a older lady and she told me that if they were on sale, they would've rang up, which I was like OK that's fine. I just wanted to show you the picture of the sign and where the plants were so the manager offered to ring me up for the three of them for $12 and I declined, because I told her she already gave me the money back for them and I wasn't about to buy them again so moral to the story is I was just trying to show her that they were an herb and that they were in the correct spot, and that I wanted them, but I refused to buy them after she wanted to give them to me just to please me at that point. I will not be buying plant from here again

Purchased a washer/dryer to be delivered and installed. Both are defective ... water all over the utility room floor. called and they won't answer the phone at the store. so I called the 800 number and told them of the issues. Said they would have a manager call back same day ... This was 6 days ago and still haven't heard back. Called again today and got no resolution ... total runaround. They said they would call within 24 hours ... but to call back if I hadn't heard from them. Have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at Lowes through 30 years in the real estate business. But now I'm done with them ... they continue to lower the bar in customer service.

I went to my local Lowe's on this fine Sunday afternoon in search of some lightbulbs. As I was talking to myself in confusion, an older gentleman approached me. He asks if I need any help. Do you know what his name was? DON! Don gave me a good hand in lightbulb shopping. Not only did I find my lightbulb, I found a friend. Thank you, Don for your help.

This should be marked closed. Nobody answers the phone. Been trying to call for 2 days now. Come to find out my return window is gone and it's their fault! Buyer beware of this place.

They never answer their phones, but every associate carry's them. Just horrible. when you go there all associates are on their phones. Unbelievable.

Lowe's service was phenomenal. Customer service was excellent, they even followed up on my purchase to ensure I received it and was satisfied.

unfortunately im renovating 2 houses. one in Tn and one in Fl. Doing any exchange you can forget it. Management will not help. you can explain the situation it a loading of bull. I have sent si much $$$ with them and they still cant even deliver. its been 2 years of the crap.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in retail. They were the only ones in town with a fridge I needed. Took 45 mins to get someone on the phone just to order it. A few weeks later I noticed the delivery address was wrong so I had to call back to correct it. Took about an hour to get someone on the phone. I tried several departments several times and ended up getting a very nice lady in cabinets to help me. I am not trying to get someone on the phone regarding the same delivery and have been calling all departments in circle for about 30 mins. Finally someone in delivery picked up, but they just put me on a terminal hold. I am now still calling trying to get anyone on. The phone to help me. I’ll never use this store again.

This is literally the worst Lowe's I have EVER BEEN TO! I don't know who is writing the positive customer reviews. The staff literally gives zero shits and have no problem telling you how bad management is or how much they hate their jobs. They don't have to tell you it is obvious! If there was any other store that sold the stuff that I needed closer by I would gladly support them. Every time I go here I swear never again. Awful awful awful!

Does anyone ever answer the phone at your store? called 3 different times to purchase a refrigerator from your company on 5/5. no one answered the phone. finally ordered on line because i couldn't reach anyone. literally called 5 different times today 5/8 to reschedule the online assigned delivery date... guess what? no one answers the phone. do you not want my business???

Terrible checkout service in the Garden Section Advice to Manager and Checkout people ---- If there is a problem, call for a supervisor and let them deal with it. Don't hold up the line for 30 minutes. It took me 35 minutes to checkout 6 items. Oh where is Home Depot?

My husband and myself think Jarad is the best!! He knows everything, literally everything. Went there for outside decor pillows, left with that & scotch guard to protect them! Bought a grill, left with cleaner and a cover. The list goes on. He always hooks us up with the best products that work. Definitely belongs at Lowe's. Thanks!

I have tried to find out where to leave a review on the Lowe's webpage, but I can do it here. This store has amazing employees and always what I need. I wanted to talk about two separate departments specifically tho. The mill works department recently helped me have a door installed. The door was in place a month ahead of schedule due to the amazing hard work done by Josh in being able to fix a part of my previous order, and expedite my service dates. This was not part of my original scheduled plan, but he was able to get it done any way. This is the type of costumer service that sets this store apart from people that just work at Lowe's. The second person I want to give a shout out to is Jarad from the lawn section just to the left as u walk in. This guy has the energy and positive attitude that is infectious. His attitude is only surpassed by his knowledge, or what is effective for the local area. My wife refers to Jarrod as the guy who knows everything. It this type of service that I will actually miss the Lowe's in Gulf Breeze as my family moves across the country.
