This boutique has tons of fabulous options to choose from, but I honestly can’t say enough about the customer service at this boutique. I stopped in about 30 minutes before closing just to see if I could find anything for an upcoming job interview (the mall had frustrated me beyond belief).And the universe bestowed upon me the blessing that is, Morgan. What an absolute doll!Morgan was beyond helpful and super genuine and sweet. I am super picky when it comes to clothing and am still working through body image issues due to a big weight loss. Morgan stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help me find something I liked. I give this boutique 10 stars!

I have shopped here many times and spend hundreds of dollars every time I go in. Last time I went I asked the cashier to check if I had any rewards, knowing last time I went they said I had $20 to use. The girl was new so she must not have known how to look it up (no biggie), but when I finally got rung out, the girl training her had to help. After she ran my card she saw the $20. I asked if she could take it off and she said no and not to worry that I could use it next time. I asked if it expires and she stated “yes in two weeks.” This was the girl who was training, the girl being trained was very apologetic. It was more the principle than the money. So instead of rectifying the mistake she expected me to come back within two weeks and shop there again to use a reward I gained spending hundreds of dollars twice now. Not very professional….

Just went in to find some cute clothes for spring for our 4.5 year old. Whitney was amazing and found us so many amazing pieces! Our girly girl is excited for all her pretty clothes and can’t wait to return!

When my 21 year old daughter comes into town we always stop at Gibson Girl. I love shopping there because there’s a great selection but not so much that it’s overwhelming. They always have cute, trendy things that she loves, from casual to semi-formal. She recently bought her adorable college graduation dress at Gibson Girl.

Whenever my daughter is in town we shop at Gibson Girl. She always finds the perfect things there. I appreciate the selection of styles; enough to browse, but not so many options that it's overwhelming.

This owner is keeping a Blue Mccaw bird in neglectful and abusive conditions inside this store. The staff said the bird has bitten his toe nails off due to stress and I saw first hand that he is in fact biting off his nails. The staff told me this themselves and I also saw the poor baby chewing. The owner is a sociopathic liar saying it is a birth defect and refuses to acknowledge the isolated conditions she is forcing this bird to live in which is exactly what causes this sort of self mutilating behavior. She refuses the bird any toys and refuses to place a sheet over its cage at night which they desperately need for safety and comfort. Since she is a sociopath, she doesn’t understand this basic need. This is disgusting. When someone else reported her, she said “bye Felicia” like an immature bratty child and stated that they do not need to be concerned for this bird. This store owner is clearly delusional and disconnected from reality and does not deserve to further abuse this poor bird. She seems like a narcissist if you ask me. Someone please get the humane society to get this bird. Also, these clothes are terrible and RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED it’s gross. Someone please save this bird. Bye, Felicia.

Thank you so much for letting us know about the blue Mccaw bird that is being abused/neglected/isolated in this store. We saw that he is biting off his finger nails due to stress, and having no toys to chew on. We are currently working with the humane society and county animal welfare to have this bird removed from this abusive environment.
