Bought gas and went inside to get something. When I went to pay it was automated with no attendant anywhere. The automatic pay machine would not take cash. Last time I go there.

I give absolutely no stars an employee named Jill decided it was ok to say disrespectful remarks about my 13 year old son who happens to be a little off and she made the remarks to the manager on shift and when I said something the manager said she would put it in her daily report and showed me the corporate number they are completely rude and unprofessional

Employees will let you sit at the counter for 5 minutes at a time so they can talk to whoever. Been going here for over 20 years and this is the worst it's ever been. They hired a bunch of miserable people to work there now and you can tell. Save yourself some time and get some customer service at the 5 other gas stations within a half mile.

There are probably a dozen or more Circle K's in this small Pensacola Metro area. This one is by far the worst.Let's start with the manager, described on previous reviews here. Tall, skinny white dude with dark brown beard and glasses.He is extremely rude. He will make zero effort to help you at checkout, etc. Former employees have indicated that his hostile work environment is why they left. If the way he treats customers is any indication, I can only imagine. BUT: that isn't the worst way this store is mismanaged.Things are almost always out of stock and/or the store has a generally unkempt appearance. Last week, I had a random craving for chocolate milk. Went to look at their stock, and there were several chocolate milk bottles at the front of the cooler than had expired 7-10 days prior, and several others set to expire that day or the day after.A small thing: there are other genres beside country music. I realize this is probably the most popular genre here and is certainly the most petty comment in this review, but it seemed worth mentioning given the other things going on at this store.This all paints to an incompetent manager at best, malicious at worst.My recommendation to the branch manager, franchise owner, etc: The current manager mentioned above needs a serious training class in how to run a business and how to be kind to others especially; if he weren't so rude, it would be easier to forgive the other things as common human error. But when his rude demeanor is factored in, it paints a picture that he should either be closely counseled or replaced. I bet your sales numbers aren't where you would like them to be, are they?

I had such a great experience here. I’m here from the north where everyone is mean and these employees were so kind and helpful. The store manager James even came out and pumped my gas!! What an amazing experience.

Clean, good customer service, friendly attitudes, and a variety of snacks, etc to choose from. Decent convenience store. Gas is over priced though.

Cashiers are friendly, the air machine will let air out of your tires, that is true. Gas prices are about local average.
