“It was so handy at Pensacola airport. While waiting at baggage, I was able to check in, sign all of in and literally walk across a street to get into our vehicle. The person at the desk was cheery, and helpful and the whole process was quick. I was ready to pick out our vehicle before our entire party’s luggage arrived.Return was also fast and easy. A person was there to help and ask about our experience. This could have been my fastest and easiest airport experience.”

It felt like a family business versus a corporation while still giving you that edge up some corporations have with technology and budget. Only down side is… I do need a receipt though, the app is not showing it anywhere I can find easily enough. (: Car is very comfy thanks for your help too!!”

“So I had a reservation at another rental provider, not naming names but Enterprise was ZERO help. I’m a trucker and had to take a Lyft to get to the location, they told me they couldn’t take my card because it didn’t have a chip and essentially left my stranded in their lobby with no car and no ride. I made a last minute reservation at Avis and took a Lyft to head over not knowing’s if they could help me out. My first question walking in the door was if they took credit cards without the chip and they replied “of course” they ran my card and checked my ID then had me in a vehicle in no time at all. Being a full figure man I usually get a truck or SUV so I can be comfortable and the pickup they provided did not disappoint. It had navigation on a large screen and all the bells and whistles. We were spending a week in town with my son who was graduating from Air Force tech school and had told him we would be able to bring his friends out and about because we would have the bigger vehicle. To my surprise the truck they gave me had 3 seats up front and 3 in the back so we could bring three of his close friends out to dinner and activities. Because my semi truck doesn't fit just anywhere we were depending on a rental car to make the trip work and Avis got the job done!!! Thank you Avis, you’ve earned my business and from now on I won’t even waste my time elsewhere.”

“We decided to rent a car while on vacation in Pensacola beach. Thought we'd have to Uber to rental but they sent someone to pick us up. They are over 20 minutes away. On top of that they took us to airport after we returned the car. In my opinion they went beyond what most places would do. Plus they were very friendly, the car was clean and nice. Only reason I didn't give five stars is because they only allow 150 free miles a day but their service makes up for that. It was an awesome experience. The driver that picked us up, David was a very nice and polite young man and let us know where to go and what to see while in Pensacola. Good job guys!!”

“We were super stressed to find out that all of Pensacola was out of rental cars. We'd rented a larger vehicle from New Orleans to Pensacola (to accommodate the whole family) and were hoping to rent a smaller economy vehicle for just two of us to head back to New Orleans earlier than everyone else. Keke was SO kind, professional, and brought our stress from a 10 to a 1 within a matter of seconds. It was clear with the customer in front of us as well as with us that she gives 100% to every interaction and makes everyone feel special. She helped us problem solve and gave us the best possible deal, saving us a ton of money and helping us to get a car (by re-renting the one we'd brought out at a lower rate) when none were available! I would recommend this location and especially Keke for all your Pensacola rental car needs! We'll be back to her for every family visit!”

“The service was nice. It wasn’t a bad experience. So, I will still give them 5 stars. This was our first time using them and we picked up in Pensacola and dropped off in Jacksonville. When picking up in Pensacola. We noticed someone had been smoking in the truck. When we informed them after inspecting the truck ourselves in Pensacola. They said they allow smoking in their trucks. Which seemed odd but whatever. When dropping it off we found out that it actually is not allowed but they did not charge us. The smoke was very LOUD if you know what I mean. So, we definitely appreciate Budget in Jacksonville but if anyone says you can smoke in their trucks. Don’t, and I would request another truck if you smell smoke. Just to be on the safe side because Unfortunately, everyone may not just take your word and believe you as the employer we got in Jacksonville did.”

“My experience with Avis is just wonderful. I first rented a SUV in Atlanta airport and they upgraded me automatically to an almost new 7-seat vehicle which is exactly what we need. And then when I landed at Destin airport without a reservation, they are the only car rental company who provides an affordable availability. Then on the return day, my husband found that our departure flight is actually from PNS which is 1.5 hours away from the Destin airport. I called and someone over the phone immediately changed my return airport to PNS without any extra charge. I can’t be happier with Avis and highly recommend them to anyone!”

“My employer booked me a rental car through PNS airport Dollar. I was a little worried due to the poor reviews I had seen on Google. However I had a great experience. I landed around 4pm, and walked straight to baggage claim. The baggage claim is within eye sight of the rental car counters. I noticed only one person in line for Dollar, so I decided to try and get my car before my bags were on the carousel. Needless to say within 3 minutes at the counter I had my paperwork for the rental done before the baggage carousel started turning. Also, maybe I got lucky but my rental agreement said I was suppose to be in a “Chevy Spark or similar” (sub-compact), but they gave me a brand new Nissan “Kicks” SUV.I was driving out of the airport at 4:32pm.”
