“Upon arriving for a first time visit with Express oil change I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I arrived and was able to pull into get an oil change within a timely manner. I was able to stay in the vehicle and observe the operation. It appeared very efficient! One employee was able to take all my information while the other employees performed the necessary tasks to complete the oil change. The vehicle was throughly inspected and I was shown a list of items that needed attention and given an estimate of costs and time it would take! I had a previous knowledge of issues that needed to be taken care of but was waiting to have them taken care of and I had an estimate from another company and I saved $500 by allowing Express oil change to do the repairs needed. They were able to perform the repairs in a timely manner and communicated clearly while waiting! The manager Jeff Green was very pleasant to talk with and I felt like he cared about me as a customer. As if we were old friends! That’s the kind of business I would like to support! I highly recommend anyone in the area take your vehicle to Express oil change! In fact I already brought two of my company trucks for tire replacements this past week! You won’t be disappointed!”
