When you buy an edger and you want to support a small company, and when the edger doesn’t work as promised, and you return it less than 24 hours later, you cannot get a credit. We even wanted to upgrade and buy a different one and spend more money, there are no signs anywhere that say all sales final and there’s no signs anywhere on your receipt they say all sales final. There’s no reason why we could not return that less than 24 hours later an upgrade beware if you buy anything and it doesn’t work. You cannot get your money back. The product had a one year warranty not a one day warranty

They used to be good. Now they say one thing and take too much on and don’t do what they said. Ending up not doing anything at all. Even said they’d probably not do it anyways. I’ll never go back and do not recommend them. They pushed out what I need to do for weeks now! Terrible service. Unreliable. Tell lies.

Mark Tepper is awesome. He has repaired my lawnmower a few times. Each time he picked up and delivered. Prices are reasonable as well.

Very honest. Explains the problem. Very knowledgeable. Good work. I bought a mower and he delivers and pick them up when I have problems. Very busy so it takes time to get your mower back after repair.

I don't recommend this shop! I left my pressure washer to do minor repairs and maintenance. 2 weeks waiting for the estimated and nothing!! I personally went to check what was going on and the owner with his arrogance thinking that because he's too busy he's the best he simply suggested I buy a new one as I couldn't wait the estimated 2 more weeks! Seriously?! Again, i don't recommend this place.

Amazing, they are courteous, honest, and most importantly, does great work on my lawn equipment. He also picks up as far as Winter Garden which is a huge help since I do not own a truck.

I needed to get my Zero Turn serviced and I called Tepper Motors. I’m glad I did because they checked over my entire mower and told me what needed to be done. Mark (owner) is very professional and honest. I picked up my mower when it was ready which was just a few days. I mowed my lawn today and I can say even when I bought the mower new it didn’t run like it does now. The rpms seemed low and they were able to get it running just right. I will be servicing my lawn equipment here going forward.

Tepper Motors In Groveland has repaired successfully all my old lawn equipment, 5 items, all 15-20 years old.sssI’m back to doing all my yard work now without having to buy new, cheaper stuff. I was so impressed with Tepper Motors that I bought a Hustler Raptor X which is perfect for my 1 acre lot. I just learned how to use it in 10 minutes. It’s GREAT!!!I’ve had a John Deere for 30 years and there is No comparison between the two. The Hustler is slightly less costly for equal products and 100 times better.I don’t recommend businesses often so when I recommend Tepper Motors, it means something to me, I hope that’s enough to ask you to check them out yourself for repair or new mowing equipment.Tom MolikPS. UPDATE. 08/12/2021Ive had my Hustler for almost 12 months. It has performed very well. Every time I mow my 1 acre I thank myself for discovering Tepper Motors and Mark Tepper.Do yourself a favor.
