We had our drainfield replaced by them. They did a good job on that but they dropped off more dirt than they took away and I had to pay to have my yard regraded. I emailed and left a message to have them come remove the excess and never heard anything back. They are cheaper than others but do not expect great communication or customer service.

John was great, specifically because he communicated so well. Let me know where he had to dig in the flower bed so I could move some plants and the area around it looks untouched. He explained that there was an area the needed some concrete filling so I grabbed a bag and he took care of it right then. He was efficient but thorough. I really thought getting this done was going to be a hassle and I was pleasantly surprised!

I have never regretted referring Sauer Septic to my clients and colleagues.I use them myself, and they installed my mothers septic and drain field. Never had an issue. Easy to work with. Reasonably priced.

Jennifer and the rest of the office staff were amazing, and the guys did a great job in my yard and keeping things as nice as possible. The permit took 2 ¹/² months. However, that was not any fault of theirs. Thank you all!

My entire experience working with Sauer Septic was excellent!Very responsive when I called for quote to replace my drain field. They were one of five quotes and were in the middle with pricing, but for a larger drain field (500 sq ft), not just replacing what I had before. The team showed up on time, the gentlemen were friendly but businesslike and professional. Got the job done - taking great care not to tear up too much of my sprinkler system. I appreciate that :) Yard was clean when they came and clean when they left!Job well done - would highly recommend Sauer Septic. With over 20 years in business and no complaints on the BBB with A+ rating - they are doing something right and my experience was seamless.Service: Septic system installation

This company specifically, Jennifer, has the worst customer service I ever received. She doesn’t respond to emails, she’s rude on the phone, and acts like it’s an in inconvenience when you do speak to her. I will never refer anyone to this company.Service: Septic system installation

When other companies had a wait list of over 2 weeks, we were able to book a next-day appointment. Our technician called before coming and arrived within the window scheduled. He took care of our clogged septic and offered us some very good advice on how to keep the filter clean. Thank you Sauer for saving us before the hurricane!
