This was our first time working with a CPA as opposed to using TurboTax or H&R Block. We have the pleasure of working with Matthew. We worked with him from VA and he helped us through our unique situation and handled our taxes so quickly and efficiently. It was the first year I felt so at ease completing our taxes. Matthew was a pleasure to work with and is so friendly and professional. I’m very happy we were recommended to work with Prosperity Financial Services Inc. Matt and his team are amazing! This is my second year filing with Prosperity! I was worried about my bill, he offers great rates and works on crunch time! I have been filing my taxes myself for many years. For this year 2024 with all the new tax laws I felt uneasy and I felt I needed a professional, a face to face experience to get the most of my return. I must say this was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. At prosperity they were patient, they took the time to educate me on tax related information I was not aware of. Explained the process and most importantly took the time to process all my information so that I would be able to get the best out of my return. I am grateful. I will definitely be returning for years to come.
