We had a car loan with PNC and transferred it to Pen Federal for a much lower interest rate. We saved 1500 bucks so had to do it.
They were very accommodating and handled it promptly giving us the paperwork we needed.\
Good parking and access.
It wasn't busy, but I don't expect it gets too wild.
Very clean and welcoming building.
I give it a 4 instead of 5 because of the price difference. And much of that was due to fluxuations in the market. They could have lowered it as well, but not as much.

Have used them before and going inside is usually quick but I was trying to call and speak to someone and was on hold for over 9 minutes. Can't believe they are that busy that someone couldn't at least acknowledge that they heard the phone ring and put me on hold at least. Only reason for not giving 1 star is that I have been a long time customer and usually happy but this should never happen. Terrible phone customer service.

Went in to Deposit Check , man was done leaving to get new card , from someone else In office doing nothing but with people in line volunteers to spend 10 minutes to handle this. 10 $ an hour job

What a joke of a bank u call there and no one will answer the phone so I drive up there and all tellers are setting around just talking not doing nothing I sat on hold for 15 minutes I only live 10 minutes away when I walked in still on hold they were just sitting there I guess thats the way they do business in groveland real professional people i will be closing both of my accounts and take my business elsewhere to a place that at least answers the phone then when you confront the teller about not answering the phone I am told we don't answer phones due to covid you people might as well shut your doors I have never heard of someone catching covid over the phone the real problem here is a bunch of lazy in competent people pure laziness

Staff is very friendly. The parking lot is a nightmare to get out of as there are tons of blind spots due to the curve. The drive-thru ATM cannot be accessed by car from the parking lot it has a separate driveway for it and it's short.
