“I wanted to take time to thank the amazing pharmacy team at Publix for helping us in a bind. My Autistic who's also been diagnosed with ADHD and OCD takes medications regularly to help him function in school. The amazing group at the Publix Pharmacy always helps to make sure that his meds are filled on time and available when we need them. This week, the pharmacy reached out to let me know that they contacted the doctor several times, but never responded to filling the prescription. Publix notified me of the issue and helped to make sure my son had enough medication until the doctor got back to me. Luckily, we were able to get the meds filled by the doctor. So an issue created by my son's doctor was quickly rectified by our neighborhood pharmacy. I want to thank everyone on the team.
