I boarded my 6 dogs and am very pleased with their care. I highly recommend Pat the Dog to anyone that needs to board their dogs for a trip. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them a 10.

This place is NOT recommended. After several years as A client I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and was scolded by the groomer and charged extra 20 dollars. She has zero customer service skills and was VERY rude to us. We will NEVER to this unorganized place where the groomer is a terrible human. NOT Recommended…..?

Friendly and knowledgeable. Our Briard has been to a lot of groomers all around the country and he was so relaxed and looked so nice after our first visit. We will bring him back while we are here in Florida. Thank you

My dog has been attending Pat the dog since he was a puppy. He absolutely loves it there .He comes home happy and to me that is important. The staff is great and the same people have been there since he was a puppy so it must be a great place to work as well.

We've been taking our pooches here for over two years. They do a pretty good job grooming them. Turn around time is fairly quick too. Sometimes the fur isn't always even, looks rushed, but overall the job gets done. I'm the proud mama of rescue mutts, not show dogs.I do wish they had a higher, more noticeable sign. Even after driving there multiple times, I've passed it more times than I care to admit. And turning around is definitely not convenient. Parking is not great either, but I have found the outside median grassy area is a much better place to park and allows you to get out with little effort.Phone staff are always polite and helpful. Darby is very sweet and attentive. She actively listens to specifics I've given her, regarding the health welfare of one of my dogs and shared the info with the groomer. Tyler has a subtle sense of humor, but he's thorough and ensures you're aware of their policies.I also appreciate that they require veterinary proof of vaccination and wellness checks. Keeps everyone's fur babies safe and healthy.

All the girls that work there are great and never had an issue with anyone. What I will not tolerate is Tyler screaming at my dog for being excited and acting like...well A DOG!! My dog has been going there for over a year and never had a problem. The fact that my husband could hear it from the front desk is completely unprofessional andunacceptable. Obviously he does not need to be working with animals. We will be taking our business elsewhere

We just picked out dogs up from this location. It was their first stay. And will probably be their last. The boarding areas are super small and there are no dog runs. A 4x4 space is not adequate for two dogs with beds unless they are 10 pound dogs. 30 pound dogs are cramped. Additionally, we provided our own food as required and I gave specific instructions for feeding each dog. I measured out exactly what each dog needed per day. Our dog who had dry food actually had enough for for 7 days even though she was there for five. When we picked them up and got home we noticed the ziploc bag (required by the facility) was shredded, empty and no one knew anything about it? Where was this food left that it was torn open and chewed through? Our other dog had food for his exact stay and we came home with an entire can of unopened food. If he was fed per instructions this would not have happened. Their dietary needs were specific, but instructions not followed. If you have no other option (as another commenter stated) they may be ok but if there are other choices look elsewhere unless feeding and kennel size do not matter

Pat the Dog has been great for my Airedale. They have been extremely accepting and understanding with some of the needs he has. It's a great place to bring your dog if you need a day away or need some grooming done.

Toke my Reesie to get groom I don’t really know her name but she did a wonderful job. When I went to pick her up I was so excited to be able to see her eyes she looks beautiful with her hair cut. I highly recommend. Staff are wonderful people and very friendly.

We had our dog groomed a week before and bathed the day before dropping him off for eight days and we picked him up drenched in pee. I’m horrified and will not be coming back.
