I came in about 45 minutes before closing after needing a jump to start my vehicle. After some testing and diagnosis, they determined my battery needed replaced. By this time it was just a few minutes before closing and a jump pack had failed to start my truck. Mark went above and beyond and changed out my battery for me even staying after closing to make sure I could get home. Amazing customer service!

This O'Reilly's has horrible employees that treat long-standing customers as liars. I went to purchase oil like I always do and never had an issue until I bought oil and realized that it was used. I unfortunately realized this after I got home so I called and the employee told me to come back into the store to exchange. When I got to the store he said his manager couldn't approve exchanges for used oil and that there wasn't any way they sell used oil. Yet they did and I was treated as a liar even though I still bought more oil because I still needed to change my car's oil. I'll never be going back

This store has fulfilled my automotive needs (which are plenty) for a couple years now. They usually have most parts in stock, and prices for consumables are great. For instance, easy-cheese can of Permatex Ultra Black was $24.99, and Amazon sells for $30.I was skeptical when the store first opened - staff of mostly younger guys, thinking they don't know parts, but they clearly have a passion for the industry and are quite knowledgeable, unlike some other stores in town. There are exceptions of course; a couple guys in there are not firing on all cylinders for sure, but the guys I see the most are Tiago, Walder, and a younger guy with curly hair. They are on point - knowledgeable, quick to find what I need, good conversation, and are always multitasking to get people in and out quickly. Love this place, wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I get really overwhelmed and stressed when it comes to my car. I went to O'Reilly's for a third opinion and Mark, Assistant Manager, truly is a gem when it comes to authentic, knowledgeable and caring worker in the automotive business! I went in to use their complimentary battery/starter/alternator check, and Mark just went above and beyond to also check any computer codes. Obviously, because of the great service, I purchased a new battery with them because of him (had a previous battery plan with another garage). We spoke about cars and engines, about my car's maintenance and needs, and just a very helpful guy. The staff was also nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this location and, of course, Mark!

My SUV broke down on the rural Road and we slowly got our car to O’Reillys. The serpentine belt let go and so did the tensioner. They had both in stock and the staff was first class with assisting with whatever I needed to get the job done and get me out of there in record time, cannot recommend enough!
