Needed some Rotella T6 for my 6.0 power stroke oil change. The employees were extremely helpful and even gave me a discount for being former law enforcement. Didn’t have to ask for, it they asked, and that meant a lot to me.

Both times in the last month my boyfriend has come in, they gave him the wrong part for his truck. So he's had to return and wait for the correct parts, sometimes until the next day. Which is very inconvenient when he is trying to get to work and his truck isn't running.

Donald and Richard do a great job, always helpful and willing to put in the extra effort. A previous review from Marina (an actual member of upper mgmt for this store) stating that Poul and Joni are very welcoming was misplaced. They actually work at the Clermont store (odd that she didn't know that, and that she would even leave a review, being their manager...). That being said, the Groveland store (where Donald and Richard are), does a fine job.Update: It appears that Marina, has removed her comment...

I love Napa and almost exclusively shop here, not at this specific store but in general. I’ve dealt with a lot of employees at Napa but Tyler was exceptional. His parts knowledge and help with how to accomplish what I needed done was much more than I could have ever expected. Per his instructions, I was able to finish my repair. Thank you Tyler and thank you Napa I haven’t been disappointed once, ever
