Purchased a complete engine rebuild kit for my 6.0 powerstroke in December 2023, it is now the end of march 2024, and i have yet to be able to reassemble my engine. With this engine, you must remove the cab from the truck to remove the engine. i did that, the cab is sitting in my driveway, the frame and all the engine parts are in my garage in pieces. I paid 1,600 dollars for this kit, and I did so so that i would have everything i need to reassemble this engine and get the truck back together asap. A few days after i paid for the COMPLETE KIT, i contacted them to find out about tracking as their site states they will provide tracking information as soon as it is shipped. It also states shipping in 1-3 business days. I emailed them and got no response, so i called them. i was told on the phone that the pistons would be 6 weeks, and the rest would be shipping in a couple days. i said i can't wait 6 weeks, i want to cancel the order. The guy said hold on and let me check with our other suppliers and see if i can get it to you sooner. 40 seconds he came back and said, yes, i have a supplier who has them in stock and can have them to you in two weeks. i said okay, i will wait 2 weeks. A few more days went by, i had yet to receive any tracking on anything. I was told that the pistons would be six weeks and the one parts was shipped and scheduled to arrive saturday. I said i wanted to cancel i couldn't wait six weeks. these scammers lied to me on the phone about contacting or checking other suppliers and just wanted to get a part out so that they could deny me the cancellation due to one part being shipped. They said they could give me 100 dollars for the pistons. The pistons are about 800 of the 1,600 i spent. is aid no, i would rather just wait than take that loss. I never recieved any tracking for anything. The cam bearings showed up, and then the box of gaskets and seals which are all worth about 300 dollars. The rings, the pistons and the main bearings wear all still missing. this is the bulk of the cost of everything. I was furious, they didn't know when the rings, and the main bearings would be available. I demanded a refund, they refunded me just over 500 for 8 pistons, a set of rings that i purchased separate to start my reassembly for 250 dollars, and main bearings that i paid 150 for. I took a big loss as they made damn sure they got every bit of the profit they wanted for those parts; they are scum bags. i am a disabled veteran who enlisted in the US army at 33 years old a day after 9/11 attacks. I spent 4 years overseas and two tours in Iraq, and these people are ripping me off blind. Probably none of them ever served this country. I started assembling and found that this trash kit had the wrong valve stem seals, so i couldn't assemble the engine. i was furious and told them at this point this kit isnt worth anything to me as I purchased it to ensure i had all i needed to so this rebuild, and i wanted my money back. i told them i would send everything back to them but already installed the cam bearings and rod bearings. So they said to send it back and they would refund. I paid plenty to ship it back to them and asked them to refund asap as i needed to get parts and finish this job.. they took nearly a week to check the return out and told me that since the package was opened they could not refund my money. After they told me to send it back at my expense. That is the kind of scum that owns this fraud business. How can i not find that a part is wrong if not opened? They will try anything to not cancel an order. Crooked scumbags. I am a disabled veteran who swore to uphold the constitution and fight all enemies foreign and domestic, and you are an enemy. I will stop at nothing in exposing you scum of the earth.

If you need injectors for a 6.0 their WdI upgraded injectors are for sure great. Shipping is super fast . Here is where my experience hit the toilet. Sent cores back they were processed very quick however no refund after 2 weeks. Called talked to Tyler he said whoops someone didn't hit enter your refund will be there in a few days. 2 weeks later no refund called again spoke to Taylor takes him 3 minutes and refund was done. When you pay $800 for a core charge and follow all directions and hold someone's money just shy of 30 days that's not cool. And not even an I'm sorry. Was more well you got your refund now so leave us alone. All that said injectors are awesome definitely will improve the running of your 6.0 no doubt.

This place sells you the part but they do not help you with any warranty,if you order your part here and happen to get a defective product you are on your own

Don’t send your ficm here they will send it to SIA electronics. Charged me 371.00 for nothing total scammers and I don’t have any paperwork to prove SIA even touched my FICM

Great company to do business with. They were able to provide me with what I needed, I ended up needing more hardware and they went out of their way to locate more of that specific part! Very good company and excellent customer service.

Awesome customer service and totally cool gang to work with - Jeff and Tyler both hooked me up with a new Ford 6.0 diesel and we punched up the credit card and the motor showed up the next morning - got a 100 miles on it now and all is good.

I needed a ICP sensor for my 6.0. I was able to call and Come to find out they saved me well over a 100 bucks!!!! They got me a OEM sensor for less than Autozone. I'm also a local so i was able to walk in walk out? Unlike some reviews the staff was friendly towards me and helpful!!! I will definitely be coming back soon

I ordered a turbo 2 day air for 372$ and it took a week to get it because it was shipped ground. I had to call three times to get a tracking number and once I saw it was shipped ground it took two phone calls to get a refund all the while dealing with the same person. I could tell the customer service agent did not care. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

On January 27, 23 ordered some fuel on January 31 I called because my shipping status was still in process. Come to find out they no longer carry the product, order was canceled. February 6th called again requested information on my refund, it was not processed and the person had left for today at 12:35 pm. I believe this to be a poor and questionable business. Don't shop here.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had online to date. Even though I did run into an issue on my order. However, I reached out and had an immediate response. Jeff handled my issue and went well above and beyond to ensure that the experience was positive. Jeff was very understanding and worked with me to understand the issue and offered multiple solutions. Ultimately, Jeff got the issue solved like a pro.

By far worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered Y pipes and they did not fit. Immediately called and told them it did not fit. They responded with I was installing them wrong. It took many phones call for them to take them back and took over a month to get the refund. This place is a waste of time and money.

Ordered HPOP and IPR, was never sent any info or confirmation to email, recieved IPR by itself, called the extremely rude/moody guy that handles customer service was told part would take 4 more weeks. Was not told this upon initial order. Got part eventually, installed, does function fine. Returned core and have not recieved my couple hundred dollar core credit after a few weeks so far. Do not reccomend
