Horrible experience! Was so excited to try the delivery here in Florida after shopping there grocery store in Georgia. Received expired pork shoulder, rotten lettuce, and grapes emailed no response I called two days later they are suppose to refund me and I have to wait 7-10 days for my money. Still no refund. I will never over thru them again. Date on back of shoulder showed expired ?

I'm going to make this short, but if you are going to work here, management is down right bad. They will drain you and only give you one day off with Manatory overtime, the reason why they are getting into accidents, 10 hours and sometimes 9 hours day after day, no breaks, they will fire you if your not perfect, a small mistake there's a chance your fired, that's why there's so short staff and fired a lot of people that work there for year's. Overall, careful with the drivers manager team, especially Edd, If they don't like you, they will make sure in their power to get you fired.Also, half of the reviews are faked and mangers bend rules or break them as the general manager dont care. Just a quick warning.

This is the second time I left a bad review. When I first started with Kroger, it was wonderful never any issues. Now, it’s always a problem with delivery. It’s either running almost an hour late Or wrong items. I emailed Kroger about this never no response this company does not care.

Kroger delivery is phenomenal!! The drivers are always so courteous and helpful, the food is always cold and very well packaged, customer service at its finest. I am so thankful for the delivery. As a busy person I do need grocery delivery and Walmart delivery was an absolute nightmare I was so thankful to find out Kroger delivered to my area and I made the switch lightning fast. You will NOT be disappointed with their delivery service or quality of food, not to mention the coupons and prices are amazing. 10/10

Damaged product made it from their shelf to my door. Very disappointed. Received a rotten mango & bacon was sliced open with a razor knife, straight down the middle of the package. Probably from opening whatever box it came in. You can tell immediately when a vacuumed sealed item seal had been broken, especially with a 3 inch vertical slice on the front of it. Item was refunded with ease, but now I have to go to the store and spend additional time to replace damaged product. I usually do not complain and understand that stuff happens. But That was damaged at the facility and sent out anyway. Where is the integrity in that? Driver was very friendly and right on time within the time selected.This was my first time ordering. I wanted to see how it went. Over all, so far, it isn't the worst. But to pay for delivery or a membership and receive product that is obviously damaged when picked from the shelf, not good! I hope it was just a one off oversight, but I probably won't be ordering again. To inconvenient to plan for a delivery and still have to go to the store.But you make up your own mind. Like I said, might of been a one off mistake. I just thought it was a pretty bad one. Maybe I am being to picky. Who knows.

This facility for filling kroger customers online Kroger delivery is amazing. Kroger definitely has the experience, knowledge, and expertise in home grocery online grocery shopping and delivery.Krogers started opening these fulfillment centers and has everything down to a science.You receive excellent quality, value pricing, and convenience of shopping online that's superior to any other grocery online shopping and delivery.Kroger is a GREAT COMPANY,with awesome benefits, pay, and opportunities for growth. They are a diverse company and truly appreciate and respect their employees.

I love Kroger delivery and their drivers! Everything arrives at the proper temperature and in perfect condition. It's so easy to report damaged or expiring products within the app to get a refund without speaking to a representative. Their prices are fantastic compared to others. I would like to share a suggestion to the inventory management, please keep up with replenishments of every day essentials, especially your Kroger brands and the items that have coupons. We miss out on our favorites. Also, some of the produce has been smaller than other grocer stores, but at least it is fresh and not arriving damaged.

FANTASTIC! Kroger Delivery customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Not to sound dramatic but, as a busy professional, this service has truly revolutionized my life. They lost a customer today on poor communication. I had an order that was set to be delivered between 7 and 8 am that still had not shown up by 10. I tried multiple times to navigate past the automated service but it kept kicking me out due to high volume. I finally reached someone with cs and they verified the order should arrive within the next 15-20 minutes. They were apologetic (they must be used to apologizing) and the truck did arrive within the new time window. My peace left quickly when I realized that much of my order was missing. I quickly called cs and they verified that the missing items were not on the truck because they supposedly now were not available. I understand things happen, but you may have noticed I made no mention that there were notifications of the delays and missing items even though i opted in to stay informed. They really need to do a deep dive on that operation. In the meantime I will stick with what the local merchants have to offer.

I have enjoyed Kroger delivery walking issues stopped me from shopping in stores. The delivery personnel are great asking if I need help getting items in the house or a certain place in my garage.

I absolutely love their service! 10/10 recommended!!!I was a bit skeptical at first about not being able to pick out my own produce, but I've never had an issue. They always deliver it fresh.I had an issue with a replacement they made, but the item was $4, and they refunded me for $15! Their customer service is awesome!They have a great selection of organic products for a price that can't be beat!

The first couple of times I used them they were great. The last two times they were late. Last week one hour and this week 45 minutes in and they have yet to arrive. Called customer service and they were very friendly. Told me I was looking at one hour to an hour and half before arrival. No Thank You. Maybe I’ll try them again maybe I won’t.
