Customer service by the leads and managers is so disappointing. There was about 12 customers in line to be checked out by a young gentleman and one of the managers comes out of the office to talk to one of her friends right outside the front door. Didn’t bother to help this employee or ask if he needed help which was more than obvious he needed help. Management needs to get theirs hands on the job too not only send emails. Support your crew!!!! Lead by example!!!!I stopped by to get a pack of disposable foam plates and took me about 15-20 min to wait in line. They need to step up their customer service big time!!!

a busy store,, only because of location,, that manager is a bully ..she wants total availability from the help and offers only part time hours,,, if you call out or don't fill in when someone calls out you get punished and have your hours cut & taken away,, she accommodates the thieves working there and a certain group of customers,,the way she doctors her papers is not beneficial to the company nor customers

Bathroom was "Ugh... Out of service". Aka "Ugh... Lied". This is no way to treat a paying customer. Had I not already paid for the merchandise, I would have left and not given my business.

They always have their event items stocked up and ready to put in stores early which is great,cashier was very nice and we had a small chat- she asked how my day was and I said great, she scanned my items and I left the store feeling great! This is a good place to shop whenever during day or night :)
