Gary, District manager at Wells Fargo Greenacres, has left me with such a bad experience that I will never do business with Wells fargo and want people to know of the incompetency of management and customer service at this branch. 3 hours were waisted trying to cash a check with the signer on the phone and another hour for fraud to clear the check and they still could not cash the check. Very bad business

4901 S. Military trails in Greenacres are so unprofessional. They asked to set an appointment online to open an account. We waited almost 3 hours. Just for them to tell me they will not have time to see us. She has to leave in 20 minutes.

Gary and Rebecca was extremely helpful. No appointment, and they took care of me on a Saturday. It was a priority trip to the bank, and they did a great job. Thank you Gary and Rebecca✊?

Terrible customer service, today I spent more than two hours to be attended to and in the end I had to leave there without being attended to.
I asked the bank representative who works in the second office on the left (the thin man) several times and he never treated me with respect…
My experience was terrible, I don't recommend it

I regret having to make this post as I have been a customer at Wells Fargo and its predecessors for over 40 years! Today my husband sat in the lobby of this branch for 2 hours waiting to get a form notarized (a 5 minute or less task). Customers came and went and even waited after he got there and were helped before he was. My husband is disabled and can not stand so he sat to wait. He needed the form as his mother recently passed away and he has estate issues to handle- therefore he waited but really. . . It is unacceptable to wait two hours in a bank. The employees at this branch should be dealt with and taught customer service skills. There are hundreds of other banks and I guess it is time to move on.

Needed to stop at a branch out of my area & was pleasantly impressed with the Branch Manger, Gary. He handled every interaction with unaffected diplomacy. My teller, Matthew was pleasant & efficient.

Wells Fargo is the worst bank in the world ! OnJanuary 27th 2022 I made a deposit for $259 through the ATM IN LAKE WORTH ON MILITARY. For some reason the money didn't show up in my account as if someone tempered with the ATM. I filled a claim sitting in front of the ATM, I literally turned everyone away who wanted to use the ATM since I felt it was messed up and I put a note on it before I left. Well yesterday I received an outcome of my claim saying that the money that was temporarily credited to my account would be refunded back to them on the 23rd of this month. I called the claim department and they said the technician didn't find any money as I was lying but if I wanted to steal from a bank why would I make a claim for only $259 when I could of lie and say $500 or more. Well I lose and they win even though I'm telling the truth. What bothers me is they don't even check the cameras cause if they did they would see that I left a note for the customers informing them not to make deposits. Anyways its life little people who are struggling always comes last our word means nothing, I will be closing my accounts with Wells Fargo they are very dishonest if they cared about their customers they would check their cameras and not just take the word of a technician as if that technician can't lie.

Terrible customer service. They don’t accept walk in. There’s always an issue with there system. There are a terrible bank. I’m in the process of closing my account with them and going to Chase.
