After my experience as a professional, the staff is in need more customer service training, better time management and management overall. I believe with investing in some professional development training they could do much better by the customers and community they service.
When you walk in, no one greets you. After a long wait and they greet you with an unfriendly disposition. No apology, or a "be right with you" "thank you for your patience"... obviously this is a culture set by management, as I watched how she conducted herself accordingly.
I hope to see some changes.

Worst location I’ve ever been too. Took 35 mins for my check not to be deposited. Been depositing this exact type of printed checks for 5 years at different locations without issue. Was told there is nothing they can do and that they can’t manually enter. I’ve had that done in the past as well at other locations. If you find this location is closest to you trust me drive to the Wellington trace location. It may be a drive but you’d be in your car the same amount of time.

I had the absolute best experience with an associate named Jorge at this branch. My uncle needed to cash in some savings bonds and Jorge walked us through the whole process and made it so painless. He was very reassuring and patient 5 stars!

The worst experience is that you have an appointment at 1 and when you go they don't show up, they treat you very badly and there is discrimination, I recommend that you don't go to that bank for anything, they don't want to work, they make you wait for like an hour, they have no coherent response.

WORST BANK. WORST EMPLOYEES. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will wait an extremely long time while the bank tellers roam around aimlessly. They do not acknowledge you or the long wait. Waited over 20 mins behind ONE car at drive though. The dude working window, was on the phone, just standing there doing nothing but helping. I go inside, now the window teller is walking around lobby and the ONE teller up front was counting huge stacks of money, but wasn’t helping a soul. I had to leave. I went to the military location and was helped in under 5 minutes. This location is literally the worst. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Two tellers working the drive up, and yet they are slow as molasses. Spent over 30 minutes waiting in the lane. I worked as a teller for Wells many years ago and KNOW it does not take that long to process a transaction.

1:30 appointment, I showed up at 1:20 wasn’t greeted whatsoever , and 5 mins later I was told the banker maya is on lunch, at 1:30 they said just a moment she’s finishing up . 1:35 they said she’s almost done eating . A business account with a bank that priotizes lunch instead of a client is not a bank that means business . Only one lady was very attentive and nice throughout this mess of a visit unfortunately I didn’t get her name .

I had a check stolen from me.The person who stole my check changed the amount and walked into this branch to cash the check. There should be clear video of this transaction as well as the theif in action. However. Wells Fargo refuses to cooperate with the police/detective. Will not give them ANY information at all. And demanded a supeona. It's very troubling and extremely aggravating to see that Wells Fargo places a thief over a decades long customer and the victim of a crime. (Over 37 years as a loyal customer)And this is the same bank that stole money from its own customers previously!I'll be getting rid of them this week. And I STRONGLY consider you do the same. This is not just an issue with customer service at this branch. This is a WELLS FARGO POLICY. Just one of several that are against common sense. If this is how they treated a loyal customer of almost 40 years, imagine how seriously they're going to take YOU.Update:The detective on the case served the subpoena to get that video weeks ago. WELLS FARGO has not responded. I think it's probably an attempt to wait until the video is gone after 90 days.I've also since ended my partnership with WELLS FARGO.They are no longer my bank. And ive found no one that actually cared. You've been warned. Wells will not have your back if there is an issue. They will only protect themselves.(And check thieves, apparently)

Getting frustrated and ready to change banks. They always want me to fit their schedule, never have anyone available on my timeframe. Customer service doesn't mean anything here.

I have been at this bank for years, in the same location and my wife and I have always liked the good energy that circulates there, they always treat us well and help us with our business procedures. But there are new people and they have mistreated people. In this case, someone named Tim was racist with me, I asked him a question and he didn't help me, he took me out of the bank and spoke badly to me, the good stuff that was there is running out and it's pitiful, I would like to know who I can talk to and denounce this unfair treatment. So now want go to close all my accounts and change to other bank

They get 1 because a zero is not an option. Yesterday went there in the branch and 2 tellers walk off no explanation or concern and there is a line of 3 people waiting. Today, went in the drive through and the deposit is in the wrong account. Get your act together! This is people's money you are handling

Bunch of bankers sitting around chatting but refuse to accept walk-ins. Say I need an appointment just to print some statements. RIDICULOUS.

Wells Fargo in general. So I was on my account and a memory jumped at me after reading on wells Fargo's site about "we are here to help due to hurricane". Well let me give you a brief account how wells Fargo helped me several years ago during a hurricane. Supposedly they were suspending my payments so I can use those funds to repair damages to the property. When done with repairs...said missed payments would go to rear of mortgage. Next thing you know I don't qualify and need to refinance or lose my house. In the end... 4 years later still under bankruptcy...but almost done. Don't fall for these tricks and blatant lies.

Will give them less than a star if available, the lack of customer service is incredible, I just open an business Acc. and I need to add a signor to my the account, this gentleman instruct me to make an appointment while he and two more "bankers" are just seating looking at us. Certainly I will be banking somewhere else, I did not read all this reviews, terrible branch, hopefully the nearest one will be different.
