The staff at Bird & Exotic hospital is very awesome people and they’re very polite and very nice and they they know what they’re doing and they were very professional on what they were doing. Jessica was very very polite when she brought me and my rabbit foxy and she was very polite explaining to me how How to register my rabbit microchip Online. The staff at the bird exotic hospital. They are very, very nice and very polite. They treat us like We we are part of the family. You shouldn’t make some Magnets that would say Bird & Exotic hospital And have the address and phone number on it so we can stick it on our refrigerator. So if our animals Exotic animals get sick we would know who to call. I love all the staff and at the birds, exotic hospital, your friend, David Finley.

I brought my 2 rabbits to see Dr. Rue for annual exams as new patients. I spoke with Marianne to make an appointment and she was so friendly and helpful, even giving landmarks near the hospital to help me find it. It was easy to complete the new patient form online, which is easier than filling out forms in person at the hospital. On the day of our appointment, Elizabeth was fantastic in gathering all info about my bunnies and drawing their blood. She handled my bunnies with care and correct form. Dr. Rue performed their exams and she is wonderful! She explained everything thoroughly and provided extra info on future services that my rabbits will need. She was receptive to all of my questions and didn’t rush the exam. They even provided estimates for the services that my rabbits will need. As I was paying at the front desk, I forgot my credit card in the terminal. I live quite a distance away, so they were kind enough to mail the card to me, for which I am so grateful! This hospital isn’t close for me, but I will make the drive because of the excellent service and care my bunnies and I received! I feel comforted knowing that I found rabbit savvy vets and techs for my bunnies.

Staff and doctor were very kind and helped to alleviate my concerns with my cranky 29 year old bird. They offered several options for care and convinced me, without trying, that they care. Even more importantly, they understand birds and exotic animals, which not all vets do. Facility was clean and attractive and there were no issues with parking. Open seven days a week, with Sundays reserved for emergency care, you should be able to get your baby in for the care they need. I highly recommend bringing your bird or exotic critters here for care.

I took my bunny in to see Dr Rue when he stopped eating. The Dr and staff are very kind and professional. I was very comfortable leaving my bunny there to receive treatment. Maryann at the front desk is warm and helpful. It is very clean too. I am so glad I discovered such a wonderful animal hospital.

Everybody body at the bird, an exotic hospital We're very friendly warm and did everything they said they were gonna do.The price they quoted me was right on. The assistant michelle and Dr Rolfe We're very knowledgeable.I definitely would recommend their services.

I have elderly bunnies and started taking them to Dr Rue when my last vet retired. I have been so impressed with both her and all the staff at the office. She is very knowledgeable and has been great in helping me with my bunnies health issues. The office always responds quickly and are so helpful, kind and compassionate. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I used to foster rabbits and have been to a few different vets over the years and I can confidently say that I very much recommend Dr Rue and her staff!

I had such a pleasant experience bringing my bearded dragon and ball python in this week to get established as new patients. Dr. Rue was so thorough and so knowledgeable and I was soo appreciative of her expertise and advice. The kindness and compassion I received from all of the staff start to finish was top notch! Thank you to tech Elisabeth for getting us started. She was so efficient and so sweet with both my boys. I have great peace of mind finding such a wonderful hospital to help me with my reptile needs. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We have new ducklings and one of them appeared to have a hard time breathing. I took both ducklings and we received the best care, better than any vet I have been to for any animal. The staff were so nice and genuinely cared for the animals to make them as comfortable as possible. Our doctor took the time to explain everything and go over options. I hope I don't have to go back for any emergency reasons but if I did I would feel the most comfortable there.

The best exotic hospital that I have been to!!!!! The doctors and the staff are wonderful. They all truly care about you and your pet. I took my two bunnies there for a little over a year, they have pasted on but the doctors did everything they could till the end. I am truly grateful for them.

Wow. I was impressed by the clinic and the staff. Everyone is so nice and truly engaging with me and my baby. I know how stressful it can be in clinics because of the responsibilities and the amount of work. But they truly care for the animals!! ^-^

I brought my ball python Loki in for a check up and I have to say it was a really great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and really put my mind at these being a first time snake owner. I think it’s great that there’s places like this That treat pets that most people view as unconventional. They really understand that we don’t see them that way and they’re still our babies.

Hands down, one of the greatest veterinarian experiences. I wanted to find a new vet for my Russian Tortoise as we are new to the area. Given how challenging finding a good quality and affordable vet is nowadays, I was extremely hesitant to try one I simply found on the Internet. Lo and behold, I came across Dr. Rolfe and her team at the Bird & Exotic Hospital off Lake Worth Road. Finding the office was made easy thanks to their ability to text you the location, as well as a detailed list of what they would like for you to bring in. I also received a first-time patient survey that provided them with basic information about my tortoise. When I arrived, I found ample parking in a rather large and spacious parking lot. I strolled into a very well-maintained and modern clinic. I was given a warm greeting by one of the front desk staff. They provided me with visitation details and directed me to their comfortable waiting room, filled with plenty of chairs and reading material. I waited no more than five minutes before we were called in. The nurse was extremely polite and outgoing. She took a detailed history as well as answered any basic questions I had. Immediately after, Dr. Rolfey came in and saw my tortoise. Similar to her staff, she was kind and respectful. She took the time to answer my questions and was very funny! It was very welcoming here. I felt like they were talking with me, not at me. They provided me with the costs of every service and product they offered, with no pressure to do anything, while suggesting their honest opinion if I should or should not do something for my tortoise. Before I departed, they gave me a list of suggestions as well as my bill. Paying was very easy too. I cannot believe how well I was treated here. I frankly wish my personal primary care doctor took as much time as the staff of Bird & Exotic Hospital did to thoroughly answer all my questions and provide guidance.

My favorite place to take my rabbit! Doctor Romo is kind and gentle and really cares about your animals. We have been going here for years. The staff is amazing and very kind as well! I can't take my rabbit anywhere else, we drive an hour every time we go but it's so worth it! :)

Superior experience. Brought in new patient, small rabbit. The hospital gave some useful general printed materials on the care of rabbits. Nurse Michelle then took a detailed history. Dr. Rolfe reviewed the history, clipped nails, did a careful examination of the rabbit, telling us what she was looking for and concerned about, and then discussed specific areas of concern and what preventative actions to take to keep the rabbit healthy over time. There was no sense of time constraint. Then she left and Nurse Michelle went over Dr. Rolfe's conclusions and gave a print-out summary. Professional and helpful. So highest recommendation.

I’ve been going here for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my rabbit and I have received by all the staff! Dr. Romo and his whole team are very professional, kind, and make you feel at ease. We’ve been through a lot of medical procedures with our rabbit, and I wouldn’t trust any other place to take care of her. They are worth every penny! Thanks to Dr. Romo our little Butter is still alive and well and I couldn’t be more grateful!
