I was sitting outside with a lovely person, she looked like my grandma, and so called management came out and said she has to leave other wise She has to call the police; on that lovely lady. So I went inside to find out why Grandma had to go, told me is it was up to higher management; all though they are having a management meeting to night; closing the bathrooms for customers not too use and never opening them till tomorrow at 8am. I thought this was a 24hr store, what happened to good customer service. Let me tell you it's not here at all.

This particular location is run exceptionally poorly. The Slurpee machine has been broken for two months. Right before I began to leave this negative feedback I looked through some of the negative feedback left by other customers and I am disgusted by some of the other problems customers have pointed out about this location. It’s obvious the management of this location needs to either be replaced or to be better trained. I would recommend not going to this location for any reason. There are plenty of other choices nearby use one of the other gas stations. Also, play some criticisms on this platform seem to have no affect on the quality of service rendered by the station, please in the future reach out directly on their website.

This RaceTrac never have pizza available the last 3times I went in they haven’t had nothing but that cheeseburger pizza witch I’m not too fond ofWent to ask the register lady and she told me no there is no pizza coming out like reallyYour a 25 hour store that sell A lot of pizza obviously, but how can you tell me that there is no pizza coming out more worried about what’s going on in her phone then feeding the Neidy now coming back to this franchise anymore no customer service skills at all. Need to be retrained not cool bathrooms don’t have toilet paper. Don’t look like it’s been clean in a hot minute but yes, this race track will not get any more of my head earn coins

The cashier Sam was cleaning the bathroom with gloves and he wore the same gloves to ring up my purchase and he didn’t even care. I told him not to touch my stuff but he still did . That is disgusting and should not be allowed and should be reported to health department.

Convenient location, freshly brewed coffee. They have Very clean restrooms and have frozen yogurt.
