Needed help on luggage repair, and though Peter didn't do this work, he took the time to explain to me where i should go and what needed to be done.

My daughter needed a last minute heel replacement on her dance shoes before state competition. The owner himself dropped everything to do the repair himself. You don't find costumer service like that any more. The entire staff was friendly and professional.

Peter and his staff are absolutely awesome they work with you and make sure that you’re always comfortable in your orthotics. Peter makes the best orthotics around I’m blessed to have them in my life.
