I was ready to switch Verizon to another company due to the fact it took me three days to try to solve my paying off my phone, and nobody would help me for three days on the telephone spoke to nine agents so to make this a conclusion he was so articulate he was so knowledgeable. He was such a professional agent. He must be an asset to the company because being a retired teacher, his articulation discourse was phenomenal so hopefully that you’re going to recognize him through my little recommendation that I am doing.
