The owner pulled my undergarments and swimsuits out of the bottom dryer to another dryer because they were going to “fix” the machine. He couldnt wait to take my clothes out. He had to touch my clean laundry with his dirty cigarette hands. He has been smoking the entire two hours i have been in that establishment. I could smell the cigarette smoke inside and he was smoking outside. He smoked 3-4 times. DISGUSTING. I dont understand what he thinks makes this okay.

The owner needs to stop smoking inside. Who would want their clean clothes reeking of cigarettes? The people here act like they are in a zoo and have zero etiquette. Imagine having your socks and underwear stolen ! Employees are rude and will remove your clothes out the washer if it’s not taken out in 10 seconds. A sorry excuse of a laundromat. Save yourselves the hassle and go somewhere else.

A monday about 4:30 pm...
Love the small feel, the nice employee and how empty it was(only 1 person washing and another person doing idk), but the guy hanging out inside charging his phone basically scared me off because I didn't feel comfortable as it seemed more like he was looking for some clothes to take as I put my reusable bag with clothes down and walk away for a moment to get my other bag of clothes and turn around and see this man standing at my bag and quickly turns himself around when he see me coming. He was not doing any laundry there, just charging his phone.

Every time I go to this laundry I hand my clothes and they take my expensive clothes I don't know They are a team that steals expensive and expensive clothes and then sells them why it happened to me twice

The place is filthy infested with roaches 30% of the machines don't work the dryers are 10 minutes 7 minutes per quarter and I put money in there for 30 minutes and in 10 minutes the lady tells me that they're closing at 10 o'clock and my clothes are still wet and they're shutting down everything exactly at 10 told me to call the owner I called the owner he don't gapami and block my number do not go there it is nasty they are rude and it's disgusting I will never ever go there ever again And I was told I was never getting my money back so I lost money in my clothes or wet horrible horrible service horrible place they deserve to be shut down the state needs to get in there the city needs to get in there the health department it is disgusting

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!Filthy and Crowded. Half of the machines are out of order. Dirty towels with standing water underneath the machines. Will not go inside there again. Rather go somewhere else. The machines are filthy and don’t work properly. The list can go on.
