I called needing my gas refilled at my house, they made it super easy to schedule a fill up! They now fill my tank automatically when it gets close to empty.. which makes my life easy!!

Arrived at 1:36pm on a Thursday (after their lunch hour) and waited for 20 minutes. No one opened the gate or answered the phone. Guess the business hours are just a suggestion.

We called at 12 they said that they will be open after 1:30. We came at 3:30 to find a sign that they are closed. So why tell people that they will be open from 1:30 - 5pm? Not reliable.

What an awful experience. Do not recommend! Buyers beware- ask your generator company who they subcontract BEFORE you sign and steer clear of Thompson. Three failed attempts to install the propane tank and 8 weeks later there is still a gaping hole in our driveway. Terrible communication by the general manager and no urgency to finalize this project with the holidays coming. So disappointing.

TERRIBLE SERVICETHE CUSTOMER IS ATTENDED AND ATTACKED. THEY CANNOT ASK THEM A QUESTION BECAUSE THEY FEEL OFFENDED AND INSULT THE CUSTOMER.THEY ARE ALSO THE MOST EXPENSIVE ON THE MARKET WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF VERIFYING HOW MUCH PROPANE WAS PUT IN THE TANK.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Sadly Thompson Gas isn't as worried about the customer as Hogan Gas was, 24 hours to get my delivery due to lack of communication within the company. Who suffers, the customer.

First time getting a tank filled here. They have a top notch setup. Location is easy to find. Easy to get your tanks filled and everything for your propane needs. Mike filled up my propane tanks and was very helpful. He even was considerate of my doggy being hot and made sure there was a spot for me to park my car where I could leave the car running. The price you can’t beat. Plus the customer service. :)

Thompson provide outstanding service. I had a suspected gas leak in my kitchen. The technicians that came to my hose were polite, knowledgeable and respectful. They immediately found the problem and it has been resolved. Many thanks.
