Habitat is still is a good spot to find some bargains , but they need a crash course on pricing! Specially since majority of the items are used and donated. Some of the items are cheaper brand new then what they price it.

I'm not sure the person pricing this stuff knows what USED stuff is. Pricing has gone from reasonable to just outrageous, the stuff is DONATED to them for free to help build homes for people, Not to make a HUGE profit but to help. They are just driving people away.I used to buy a lot from them can't afford to now. I just go to home depot or Lowe's.They are more affordable now

They should update the hours. I drove 30 minutes to get there at 5:30 today 7/26/24 knowing they close at 6. They just locked the back building and told me that's their policy. So much for trying to spend money at this charity. This is typical that the employees don't care.

Do not donate anything to this company or have anything to do with them, if you can even call them that. They are the worst operation imaginable!
Do not waste your time, as they have no respect for you at all.
In the end the workers and drivers especially will humiliate you and do nothing for you!
I had a pick-up confirmed for valuable items worth more than $10,000 that I wanted to donate & especially help Habitat For Humanity who are a joke and the drivers came and put me in the middle of a battle between them and the stores they work for and were telling the stores that they will not take anything from me.
Everything was already confirmed and written up for donation and pick-up by Liz in the Delray Beach store and the drivers make their own rules and humiliate you.
I had to finally ask them to leave.
DO NOT CALL OR DONATE TO THIS HORRIBLE STORE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hiding the truth behind a charitable organization is a con's first lesson in scamming the public. Salaries at the corporate level speak volumes about where their values are placed.
Skimming money is also being done at each individual store by management.
I'd be interested to see what goes on after deliveries come in and the place is closed. Do you doubt that there is someone with keys to the place that isn't coming in taking the good things selling them.
Don't get me wrong habitat restore at one time was the saving grace for those of us in Palm Beach county with extremely low incomes looking to keep our properties in decent repair. Those days are over!

ZERO STARS.
If you’re interested in buying house decor items here, don’t waste your time coming. Nothing has a price and when I asked for prices they looked up everything on eBay. You’re better off staying home and buying online from your couch instead of walking into a store to pay for the same online prices.

The prices are RIDICULOUSLY outrageous!!! Seriously yall resell items for profit that yall take out of homes that you fix up and etc. The prices are to high. Who's going to pay $998.00 for a outdated dinning table with chair cushion that's broken when one can go to rooms to go and pay less for brand new furniture or find better resold items on Offer Up. Be Realistic.

Avoid this dump. Prices are outrageous, double to 5 times the value of the items. What are they thinking?

Prices way too high for a thrift store. I used to regularly donate items and still really believe in their mission but won't donate to this particular store again

Definitely do not go to this restore. I purchased a headboard here and told them that I would probably not be able to pick it up in the two days that they give you because of the bad weather for four days in a row and they still charge me a storage fee, horrible customer service

The prices cost most than Amazon and some items are more than double what they are on Amazon. The staff have this disrespectful attitude and don’t even acknowledge customers. When I brought up these high prices jokingly, this one girl proceeded to get defensive and raised her voice and told me to mind my own business and go somewhere else. I honestly feel bad for the animals that rely on funding that comes from this store. Absolutely disgusting staff and management. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

The prices are much too high. We found an item with the original purchase price. The item was priced over the original purchase price by more than $5.Items that had significant damage where being sold as good condition. This organization is being mismanaged.

Ridiculously high prices. Might as well purchase new items for the same price!!! This doesn’t feel fair to the community.

Prices are considerably higher than competitors'Ei, a used front load washing machine for $640!!! I just bought brand new at HDepot for less!!The back (good junk) room, the hardware area, and the art areas are always totally full of stuff that never sells, the space is a total waste! I asked for a price on an a/c vent cover, the cashier said $20. Way overpriced! I suggest all ReStores make these items so cheap that they sell every time!! Or have cheaper prices to begin with!!
